Brings back great memories. When I was a kid I loved running jugs with dad. We had probably 25 of the old quart size Clorox bottles with maybe 7 to 10 ft of line and a heavy split shot. We'd use shad or night crawlers, depending on which was easier to get. We'd drift them in medium current on a river flat and load the cooler with eating size catfish. We'd host a fish fry about once a year and cook them and any crappie we caught earlier in the spring. Loads of fun.

I use the pool noodle jugs with a cut off piece of rebar to tip up the jugs when the get a fish on. I like circle hooks because my hook up ratio is much better.
