I always make garlic naan bread with the yoghurt dough, I only add a pinch of salt more. And before I put the rolled-out naan into the medium hot pan I brush it with garlic butter or oil and put that side down first. My ratio is 1:1 with flour and yoghurt, but it also depends on the flour. I once had a yoghurt that I only needed half of. Just good honey over the donuts is also delicious. :)

For the macaroons, you guys said they were really sweet and that the coconut shouldn’t be sweetened if someone were to put chocolate on them. I’m not much of a baker, but I think maybe if they were dipped into dark chocolate, it would be best because the dark chocolate is bitter and will cut the sweetness a little. And then maybe cover the dark chocolate with flaky salt to further cut the sweetness of it. Idk, it could work lol. But I’m not all that well versed in the making of food nor the making of baked goods. 😂

Linda S LMAOO believe me I’m not. I made a Betty Crocker boxed Devil Food cake that cost me $1.50 at Walmart a few days ago and I had no idea how to ice it, but I did it anyway. But what was supposed to be a thick layer of vanilla icing (which also cost me $1.50 at Walmart lol) was more of a How To Cake It-style crumb coat. 😂 I was very, very confused. I also didn’t have a lazy Susan or an offset spatula which made icing very much harder since I iced it with a butter knife 😂

YUM!!!!! I wanted to be there testing those with You. Anyway, I do have a favorite 2 Ingredient recipe for You to try. It is 2 Ingredient Biscuits. First, preheat your oven to 425*F. You use 2 cups of self-rising flour and 1 cup of heavy whipping cream. Mix them together just until combined. Even though it may be a dry dough just do not over mix it. Then dump out onto a very lightly floured surface. Knead it by folding it over onto itself no more then 10 times and turn it after each fold by 1/4 turn. Gently pat out or use a very lightly floured rolling pin and flatten to a half inch deep circle. Using a round cookie cutter or biscuit cutter cut out your biscuits. Place onto a parchment paper lined baking pan and put them right next to each other. Have them touching each other on a side. This will help them rise better. Re roll any scraps of dough but not touching a whole lot. Cut more biscuits. A third re rolling; You can do but the last biscuits from a third rolling will not be as light and flakey. An option making it a 3 Ingredient Biscuit is to egg wash the top of your biscuits. Check at 25-30 minutes and these should be risen and golden brown looking. Bake for 30 minutes. These are Delicious with a pat of butter and/ or a little bit of Your favorite jam. I love strawberry jam. That is it. Much better than those canned biscuits. 😊👍🏼

You should try vetkoek!! Is a South African favourite. Its basically fried bread dough. The most popular is with savoury or curried beef mince but you can have it sweet as well with syrup or jam (jelly). There are specific recipes for it but we often use store bought bread dough or you can even use the self raising flour and yogurt dough.
