Fooling people. A quack! Builds a Zinc Carbon cell 4 in series charges with 24 V DC to give 15 V DC till it discharges 1/3 time of charging time. Connects it to 250 output inverter to take a load of few Watts ! That's it. The reason he wont provide technical details. I condemn KZbin for promoting such foolery with a disclaimer for self.
