Also cost of those epoxy tables is absolutely bonkers. I could make one for my self essentially for free, but walnut, hell downgrading to more common birch would be pretty expensive let alone all the cost of epoxy.. its one of those maker gets sponsored so gets epoxy much cheaper and with their viewers has way to get things sold fast, specially for fanboys.

There's one creator I think we're all thinking of who makes furniture that's almost entirely epoxy and he sells them for extortionate amounts. Large amounts of epoxy look cheap and are basically plastic. It's frustrating seeing self proclaimed carpenters relying on resin for everything.

for circular tables it is probably the best to always base the leg count around the maximum amount of seats on the table. So if the table seats 8 people you should either go with 8 or 4 legs. That way no one has a table leg weirdly positioned in their leg space.
@AramisWyler
@AramisWyler 9 ай бұрын
Meh, you could have 8 legs with 8 people if each had one between their knees, but there are 7 divisions between 8 people. 7 legs for 8 people to each have their own space is best if you're not a victim of imparnumerophobia.

First time watching your video and I never thought I would spend so much time of my Friday night watching woodworking video on KZbin, but it was very detailed. I love how much passion and detail you put into your everything the production, the editing, the lighting the quality of the mic that you’re using, you make it so personal it’s very unique and entertaining keep making great content and the type of person that loves knowing how everything is made and you’ve done a great job, holding the viewers hand and then introducing every step-by-step on the project. The table came out beautiful. It’s a work of art. I also enjoy the part where you explain how each tool has its purpose and specialty that’s probably one of my favorite parts about the video.

Before watching this video, I decided to heat up my lunch in the microwave. I went with 1 minute 43 seconds. That wasn't quite enough, so I did another 17 seconds and now it's perfect. Great video by the way.

Gorgeous table. Beautiful wood selection, beautiful design, beautiful execution. I particularly loved the way you aligned the grain on the central hubs. I wish I had the skills and tools to build something similar, or the budget to afford to buy your stuff. Instead, I'll keep watching, admiring, and learning. Oh, and the graphics are great additions to the videos. Makes the whole production pop.

Skills are developed through repetition, and the same results can be achieved with far less modern tools. The only way to improve is through effort, and effort is merely the result of desire. If you want to build, do so. Even if you fail to produce something salable, gaining knowledge is never a failing endeavor. Maybe your second or third try could end with better results. Never look down upon the skills you have, but recognize that you can always get better. I encourage everyone to at least try.

That table is beautiful. I would agree it's one of the best pieces you've made. The graphics do really help to visualize the concepts you are talking about. The amount of detail that goes into your editing is something that separates you from most other creators. The video itself is as much of a piece of art as the things you are building.

Not that it was bad in the beginning, it was already very cool and good looking projects, it's just that I could not forsee that you had a lot left to improve in terms of craftmanship and design. Anyway, nice job making, scripting and filming. Cheers.

I love your graphics and your entire way of presenting! I think you're the most natural conversationalist I've come across on KZbin, and the easy way you talk to us like we're standing right there makes your videos enjoyable even when I can't watch them and I'm only listening. I also love how purely honest you are. You never gloss over the hard parts, you don't pretend to love the tedium, you don't run from your mistakes or let them harsh your chill past what they're due. I think we'd all agree, you're clearly well past smart, not even sharing a zip code with pretentiousness and anxiety can f'off stopping by daily for tea. You know who and what really matters and you keep that list tight. Which leaves you even keel and chill. Bottom line, your talent as a creator absolutely ranks among the KZbinrs who deserve to say that the world's a little better place because they make a living on social media.
