இது எனக்காக வந்த பதிவு போல இருக்கு. 3 வருடம் முன்பு ஒரு காய்ச்சல் வந்தது. அதில் இருந்து என்னால் கீழே உட்கார முடியாமல் போய் விட்டது. இது எனக்கு ரொம்ப கஷ்டமாக இருக்கிறது. இந்த பதிவு பார்த்தவுடன் மனதுக்கு அப்பாடி இனிமேல் கட்டாயம் என்னால் கீழே உட்கார முடியும் என்று நினைக்கிறேன். மிக்க நன்றி தோழி

முட்டி தேய்மானம் இருக்கும் போது இரன்டு காலையும் மடக்க முடியவில்லை என்ன செய்வது வாக்கிங் போகவும் சிறிது தூரம் கூட நபப்பதேற்கு கூட வலியும் வேதனை அளிக்கிறது இந்த துன்பத்தில் இருந்து விடுபட வழி சொல்லுங்க.

Mam.எனக்கு கொஞ்சநாளாக முதுகு வலி குனிந்து நிமிர்ந்து உட்காரமுடியவில்லை.அதாவது L 4 L5 & S 1 , S 2 பிரச்சனை.Back muscles ரொம்ப வீக்கா இருக்கிற மாதிரி இருக்கு. இதற்கு உங்கள் ஆலோசனை என்ன ? என்ன பயிற்சி எப்படி செய்வது என்று இருந்தால் விபரம் சொன்னால் என் குடும்பத்திற்கு ஆதரவாக இருக்கும்.நன்றி.
