Steve, ever since I saw this vid on Day 1, I've been unable to get this song out of my head! I watch Jess' full vid of the song nearly every day, and love it!! The song's so powerful, uplifting and energetic! The lyrics are fantastic! And, of course, your tasty guitar is as awesome as the nuances and energy in her voice!! Keep up the great work. As a fellow Helix Floor and Stomp user, I met you at Line6's Booth @ NAMM several years ago, and have enjoyed watching all your vids. Keep up the great work!

Rocking an XL Stomp with my hybrid rig as well. Such an awesome piece of gear. Each time I use it I learn of a new feature I didn't know it did.

I never could bond with the Line 6 stuff (I'm a BOSS guy), but man, you really make it sound like it's supposed to. I also really dig your approach to the guitar arrangement in this song--no wheedly bits, just simple, hooky parts that move the song along and compliment the vocal. Nicely done!

said before i will say it again. HX stomp XL is the perfect size and best piece of equipment. It still smashes it out of the park even with all the newer modellers AND still gets updates.

Hi Steve! I've been following your channel for a long time, to watch you demonstrate your equipament and opinions about amp simulations. I've noticed that Line6 works really well and gives you a good support in gigs and recordings, with sound quallity and easy operation. With so many awsome options in the market (Fractal, Kemper, Quad Cortex, Headrush, etc.) is the HX Stomp and XL a reliable aquisition? Tks and cheers from Brazil.

The HX stomp or XL is the best buy you can make as a guitarist period. It can integrate with any rig, be a primary rig, be a backup rig, be a multi fx. It can do it all

Sounds awesome Steve! Makes me realize I may have overinvested in way to many amps, pedals and other gear and I should use what I have. On second thought, nah, I'll keep buying stuff. Lol.

I'm impressed with the Stomp XL. Our agent is talking about some travel out of state and I really don't want to be hauling my Helix floor like that if we fly. Do you find that there's enough switches to add the effects you need to a given song? The smaller HX Stomp doesn't have enough to cover some of the things I'm hitting. I only use possibly 3 different amps during a show but they all have the boosts, overdrives, etc. By the way, love the song. Great stuff.

Hey Steve, can you tell me in all honesty how different are the fractal's to the hx stomp? I have the latter and was contemplating if its worth it to buy the much more expensive fm3.

I thought you were using the quad cortex? Why the change?
@ismaelmillan13572 ай бұрын
Hi, I'm a Stomp XL and HX One user. I want to use the Nano Cortex as a simulator amplifier. Do you think it can improve the sound compared to the Stomp XL? Regards and thanks in advance.
@SteveSterlacci2 ай бұрын
Hello and thanks for checking out the video! I don't see a huge improvement in sound where it would be "needed". If you prefer the sound of captures and want to save blocks, then its great to add...
@ismaelmillan13572 ай бұрын
@@SteveSterlacci Another question, I want to put it in the loop so I can put things before and/or after, is this okay?
@SteveSterlacci2 ай бұрын
@@ismaelmillan1357 Yeah that works great! it would have to go into the loop of the HX XL
