+Jon Olsson Hi Jon, my best friend died two months ago of "shallow water black-out" doing breath holding exercises in his pool. He was a very advanced swimmer and kite-board instructor but he was training in his own pool unsupervised. Pls, never do this on your own without supervision of a second person because "shallow water blackouts" mostly happen with very advanced swimmers. Hope you notice this message for your self or that could mention the danger of under water breath holding training and the danger of "shallow water blackouts" in the vlog. Btw Awesome vlogs Jon!

I think you should definitely visit an eye docter because you squeeze your eyes when you look at things (saw it in the timelapse when all of you three were editing), could be a sign that you need stronger glasses (from -2 to -2,5 for example). Love your vlogs btw, keep going!
