I have been cooking this way for three years now. An Italian chef taught me. It's an old recipe.
This is one of the best methods to prepare pork ribs, it always turns out tender and very juicy. This recipe for pork ribs has surprised all of my guests. I no longer fry pork ribs, instead, I cook them with this ingenious trick that I learned from the chef. A delicious dinner for the whole family. It's simple and cheap, and the result is incredibly tasty. Cook for the whole family. Cook with joy! Cook with love!
Recipe and Ingredients:
1500 g pork ribs.
Rinse well and pat dry with a paper towel.
Make cuts in the skin.
Make cuts in the other direction.
1.5 teaspoons of salt.
1 teaspoon dried basil.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1.5 teaspoons paprika.
4 cloves of garlic.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Grease the surface with the prepared marinade.
Turn over and brush well with the marinade.
Baking bag.
Place onion peels inside.
Place dried plums on top.
Tie the baking bag.
Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180°C for 1 hour.
800 g potatoes.
Cover with water and cook until soft.
1/2 tablespoon of salt.
Stir well.
A bunch of dill.
A bunch of parsley.
A bunch of spring onions.
2 cloves of garlic.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Mix well.
2 tablespoons olive oil 30 g butter.
Add the cooked potatoes.
Fry on all sides until golden brown over medium heat.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Add green sauce.
Continue to fry over medium heat for another 2-3 minutes, constantly turning.
200 g canned beans.
2 tablespoons white yogurt.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/3 teaspoon black pepper.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
100 ml chicken broth.
Blend well with a hand blender.
Our delicious potato sauce is ready.
Invite everyone to the table.
