Materials
4 tablespoons of sugar (80g)
1 pack of dry yeast (10g)
1 glass of warm milk (200ml)
1 glass of warm water (200ml)
1 tea glass of oil (100ml)
2 egg whites (reserve the yolks for the topping)
6.5 cups of flour (add 780g in a controlled manner)
1 teaspoon of salt (8g)
To put between
50 g butter
