Greetings from a fellow victim of an old man bladder! The old man bladder started to bother me as well when got near 30 but what has helped me immensively is to severely limit drinking caffeine. I used to drink energy drinks, coffee and tea around the day but when I limited the caffeine only for mornings and only to 1-2 cups per day, the problem pretty much disappeared. I loved energy drinks but it was worth it! Recommend to try though as a long time follower I know how you too like your energy drinks :) Have a great weekend!

Random idea Tom, you should build a bunker under your house, or in the garden maybe 🤔. It would ve a really cool project . It would provide some extra storage space for certain things, and if shit ever hits the fan you and your family will have a safe place to wait it out!!! Colin Furze went ham and build a bunker from his shed to his house, and a tunnel to an underground garage.. wouldnt be a bad idea for your house either brother.
