Tom, for me this is strange to be typing but I want to thank you for helping me get through some tough times these last few months (even though you didn’t know it) and watching your videos helped me carry on when I just didn’t want to just from yours and your family’s joy and happiness and fun antics made me want what you guys have and promise myself I will keep on going and get that. @@LifeOfTom you're looking at roughly 300-350 per m² for steel sheet pile (including the bit buried) then £150-200 per metre for the concrete capping beam on top. I think you'll need the wall to be up to 29 metres long by 7-8 metre long piles (allowing up to 3 metre retained height?) = 232m² x £300-350 = £70-80k Then add £5k for the capping beam. *Edit- then you'll also need to factor in a piling mat, other groundworks, surveys, lowering your utilities etc etc. Contractor overheads and profit... likely to be north of £100k Might want to sell me the GT-R 🤣

Hiya Tom, as a bar owner/Hospitality business developer and product creation specialist. I would highly recommend gifting the cooling unit, gas tank/s, cupplers and everything you are removing to the Grapes for Wezz and them. They will have a beer unit company that would be able to replace/service the unit with what it needs but the cost for a whole set up like that is massive as one usually needs to rent it from the liqour company. Either that or store it in the house next door. Reason being keep it until you have played around making your own beer which is easy to keg yourself at home where you can use the tap system in a mobile unit to taste test.
