Love this video mate! I honestly felt similarly when we were in that limbo period of pay and redundancies. I had no clue if I could even stay in this industry or not, and it terrified me what the hell I'd do with all the time I'd spent building up to it. Hearing from you with so much more time in the industry has given me a lot of perspective on myself and my future! Hoping to see more from you soon, I hope you find what you're looking for.

It’s good to hear from you Pete, but sorry it’s because of the game industry’s crappiness. Weird times indeed. I hope you will arrive at a new path that will make you happy.

I still do a search for you every month or so to see if there's been an update for Tobin's Tale. Hoping it materialises sometime in the future - really loved the mechanic and aesthetic of the idea. Good luck with your new phase of life!

Sorry to hear about that Pete, redundancies really suck. In an odd turn of fate, I've also been sitting around thinking "I've been a programmer for a heck of a long time now, maybe there's something different I can do with my life?" I'm kinda bored of code. Though, maybe not code, maybe it's more that the code isn't doing anything new and innovative anymore? So yeah, I'm also looking at my life trying to work out what other things I can do, perhaps even without having to work for other people. "Other people" are the worst! Good luck with your deliberations. If you devise any get-rich-quick schemes, let me know!. :D

Sorry to hear about the redundancy, also sorry you got blanked by those sheep. Honestly I think whatever you apply yourself to you'll ace it, your little projects that I've seen at the house always look amazing, and I still look forward to playing Tobin's Tale someday! Look after yourself whatever you decide to do.
