Tom, for your first Christmas cut a piece of nice ribbon the length of the baby. put the length of ribbon inside of a clear plastic Christmas ornament with a label saying first Christmas. do that every year with another piece of ribbon and youll have a marker of baby's length every year at Christmas time.

One of the tips I’ve learnt from babysitting and working in a nursery- BUY THE WIPE WARMER!!! makes nappy changes easier as the wipes are warm so it’s not such a shock! From warm nappy/warm poo/warm wee, not a giant shock to cold wipes!!!! 28:51

Hard boiled eggs go in an ice bath for 7 minutes after the cook and shells come right off. Coffee grounds and eggs shells are good for your garden, and pre-soak your sheets in the tub with a powder cleaner before throwing in the washer.

Just want to tell you a helpful little tip / piece of advice, while I’m watching todays vlog, if you’re not using your car for weeks at a time or just worried about it’s battery dying. Put it on a trickle charger, keeps it having just enough juice if it’s being stood. A lot of storage places use them along with people in their home garages!

I'm a florist, and you're right Tom... Lydia's flowers were amazing. Most people don't know what to do with the lilies coz they will stain everything if you don't remove the stamen in the center so Lydia knows what she's doing! You guys are doing fantastic suggestion that I had was when you shirt changing him, take his onesie and wrap it over his arms he probably feels scared because he’s used to being in your arms or on his little cot the other thing is he will be really easy to potty train when it comes to that time and yes it’s craziness he’s getting so big though and Lydia helpful hints for breast-feeding. Mom cook at cabbage and put cabbage loose on the boob. It’ll help lactation and there is a special tea that you can get that increases milk production he has just getting so big. Like hacks, I put my daughters ice lollies in a straw lid for drippage, I cut pizza and chicken with scissors, and my main hack for someone with two kids is fold up your kids clothes as ready made outfits (including pants and socks) so much easier to grab and go!❤❤

My son was the same with his nappy when he was first born, but he's now 7 months and finds having his nappy changed funny, they grow out of it. A little tip for you Tom (one that I didn't know until too late) if you wipe his belly with a wet wipe (just above his nappy line) before you change him, it will make him wee before you take the nappy off. Saves you getting wet :D You are both doing great, keep it up! :D

A tip for you Which worked for me swaddle Alfie’s top half when you change his nappy This will make him feel secure as babies hate being undressed Plus instead of using baby wipes Try cotton wool dipped into warm water As wipes can be cold especially at this time of year I do hope this helps you both (Coming from a mother of 4 )
