Back in 1980 or 1982, I can not remember the month, I was doing some solo small game hunting with my hand-me-down Remington bolt action .22 rifle. I was 16 to 17 years old and either a junior or senior. I was still living with my parents in Washington Parish, Southeast Louisiana. I was actually leaving the hunting area and walking on a trail that was very woody on one side, and brushy with some tress near a chain link fence line on the other. There was a cow pasture on the other side of the fence that contained both cows and horses. Suddenly I heard a great noise behind me that sounded like something large bing broken up in one move. It even sounded like lots of glass being shattered at once. I quickly turned around into a kneeling position, pointing my rifle in that direction. I did not see anything that could have caused that noise. I continued to leave the area checking over my shoulder every few yards I made. A few months later during the night, a female neighbor was walking home using the edge of the roadway to walk on. She claimed, after nearly breaking down my classmate’s front door to get help, that a large hairy upright walking animal crossed the roadway and only stepped on the road with one foot. Today I have followed reports of Bigfoot around the world and know that they snap trees when they want humans to leave their area. I also learned that the large bigfoots can cross the roadway just as the hairy animal did my neighbor saw. I alway wonder about my hunting day back then of “what if?”

After hearing this... I had to subscribe. Someone who is actually admitting that he changed his mind about sasquatch is quite interesting for me to hear. These days, too many people have strong opinions on different subjects without even taking the time to really think about it and any knowledge at all to back it up. As for sasquatch, of course having any kind of experience would defenetly help changing someone's mind but i think that anybody who truly take the time to learn about the phenomenom would probably come to the conclusion that there's something out there... As for my personal experiences, without getting into much details, about 17-18 years ago i had two incidents that would probably turn most people into "believers" and over 30 years ago one truly thraumatic experience, let's just say really too close for comfort, that litteraly change my way of thinking and left me no other choices but to "label" myself as a "knower". I'm looking forward to your next videos, anything that relate to the wilderness is enough for me to watch. Much respect from the north of the boarder, Qc Can.

I started to believe once I dug into the first nation's lore surrounding the species. As a man of science, I couldn't reconcile the fact that there over 50+ names for this creature spread out over 10,000 miles. Tribes that never interacted with each other described the same phenomenon. To me, that's implausible if there wasn't some truth to the legend.

most credible scientists (*zoologist and biologists) have discredited the existence of BF due simply to the number of these beings needed in a given square mileage to maintain a HEALTHY breeding population. we would simply see more of have killed one by now. Oh and annually around 4,000 pedestrians in the US are killed every year by automobiles. and not one BF killed.....not even adolescents whom we know are not as knowledgeable as adults.

You see Big Foot is migratory. That explains why he shows up all around the country, and doesn't just have one habitat. When he gets bored of one forest he decides to stick out his thumb, and catch a ride to the next. Also explains why so many people "see" him in completely differing places at similar times. (Ex: Hundreds of miles apart.) He can get there so fast because of the cars that are driving him across states. Big foot possesses the ability to make any camera turn into a potato. Thus no one has caught footage of him in the hitch hiking process. His power, "camera potatoification," is said to be effected by his proximity to the device. Because he is sitting in the car with the person trying to film him, it will simply render their camera useless for the duration of his drive.

Bro , you are not wrong on this , and just because you have not had anything thrown at you while in the Forest during the searches for the missing persons , i am a 100% firm believer that he was watching you , you did see bonafide tracks ! , they are so stealth like and they can keep very still behind trees and bushes and branches , and remember just because you do not pick up Bigfoot walking in the distance with the naked eye , does not mean your video camera does not. I was ambushed by a female ,when I wore a younger mans clothes, Me and a friend had gone squirrel hunting , had a great day, was coming down off the mountain , it was a cool Sept day, usually it's hot in Sept .As I was getting ready to jump the creek , I heard an exhale, and just like that she stood and reached for me,I saw,the confidence ,the pity , she knew she had me.She was totally un-aware of my friend , in that split second I jumped back , and it was on . We all 3 had a very bad afternoon ,it was like a blur , the shooting,being beat down,running,crying,screaming that night around 1 am something walked by the living room window ,it was at least 10 foot tall ,because I was lying on the couch of my Dad's trailer ,it came by the kitchen window and stopped at the front door, I could hear it breathing ,Then it came thru the door ,I was frozen with fear .It was reaching as far as it could reach for me ,straining ,looking me ,eye to eye , it was vibrating almost it was straining so hard to just get a little further ,then it pulled back out of the door and screamed .It was so loud it deafened me .And then it was gone .It seemed like a dream , my dad was talking to me but ,no sound . Had that Mobile home have been made today , I would of died. But it was made in the 60's, steel door with jealousy windows in the center of it, that's what he came thru. He bent it inwards though , 2 attacks ,less than 8 hours apart , he tracked me back to my dad's place. To this day I wonder if she lived or died .it ruined my life and my friends life , no longer hunt, camp ,or anything after dark , my friend was affected even worse . I know they exist , and they ain't friendly.Everyone talks about them like they are huge friendly animals ,I have never seen a wild animal that was friendly , never , not even once.In Va we have the mountains ,and wild area's and National and state parks ,plenty of room for them ! I wish I had never seen them , it's a curse , changes you.Careful what you wish for , I have never met anyone ,or read anywhere ,about a positive encounter ,it has always been bad , to worse. Even the Indians stories, all bad . If you see one run.That's my advice .

Only seeing someone else confused her ,which made her hesitate , that was my split second .Their hands are unbelievably large ,she could of grabbed me with just one hand ,and I'm 6'5 250 , that's how big her hands were. No one talks about that though , hardly anyone ever gives a detailed description ,big hairy, smelly. Which makes them suspect to me. I have never heard one single true encounter ,that was positive . All bad.

Rat and Cat....I've been reading about the lava tubes in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. You investigated a lava tube in one of your videos. It has been a theory of some that Bigfoot uses these underground tubes as shelter. Especially in winter. Maybe a good place for a game camera.

I've seen one once crossing a hay field coming from a swampy area and heading towards mixed hardwoods . I was 15 at the time and the size of this creature scared me. I realised from that point on that there are monsters or creatures that aren't supposed to exist and I always carry a weapon with me now when out in the woods hiking,fishing,camping and my situational awareness is heightened . I know people like to poke fun at other's about encountering such a creature I to was not a believer in anything like this but they are real as you or me just huge and hairy. Well, I've never really believed in them either. I'm from Kansas. And I think like most people, it just seemed like a camp fire story. I didn't put a lot of stock in it. But I went down the rabbit hole on KZbin and there appears to be something to it. At this point in time, I feel that it must be biblical in some way. I definitely think it's a strong possibility that they exist. You've got the spiritual type people who think they are an ancient people, but I can't determine if they are in fact benevolent, or malevolent. I lean toward malevolent....

I encountered what I believe was a Bigfoot sitting on my tent (while I was in it) on camping vacation Sept 1990, Yellowstone Park at the end of the season in an islolated area of the park. My story is on my channel, and Swamp Dweller's State Park stories. I never thought about Bigfoot except watching the PG film as a kid. What a surprise it was to say the least! The morphology of Bigfoot's feet has been studied by Dr. Jeff Meldrum. There is a unique feature, the mid-tarsal break in their foot/footprints, they have both "prehensile" hands and feet. Their footprints leave a little bump in the arch area when they walk on soft substrates. Our footprints dont leave that type of print because we dont have prehinsile feet. Also the successfully peer-reviewed Sasquatch Genome Project of 2013. There were 12 universities involved in blind testing more than 100 carefully collected/controlled samples. They tested as the mother's side dna was human, the Nuclear side(father's) was unknown. There was no contamination, the project took 8 yrs in total costing over 1/2 million. In the end, the results were made fun of by reporters, and I think it was because the spokesperson/Lead Researcher was female Dr. Melba that these "academics" did not take the exhaustive research seriously. There were 6 other forensicscientists/researchers working on it, all with more than enough qualifications to sequence 3 entire genomes. Long live Homo Sapiens Cognatus-- they are definitely out there!

- You sound like you've been as close to them as I have. I could have easily touched the close one by moving my hand 18 inches. A guy online said he had been that close too. Then he said I was lieing about my experiences because I would have been torn limb from limb if I had dared to do what I said I had done. I was completely honest about my encounters. I know it is hard to believe that I pulled it off but I'm still here. He can say I didn't do it all he wants. It doesn't matter though. I still did what I said I did. He was not there but I was. He thinks like a lot of nonbelievers, that I'm making this up to feel like a big man online. I'm not trying to do that. I also refuse to say, look at me, aren't I great. I was just being honest and trying to inform people about my encounters. Humility seems to be absent in most people now in this day and age. I wasn't trying to be arrogant. I'm not better than anyone. I got up screaming at my friend to get up and help me chase it. I thought it was alone each time but that's what I get for thinking. That didn't last long. I screamed and they screamed. 6-8 or possibly 8-10 started screaming all around us and from quite nearby. One step at a run towards the close one which was walking away now and suddenly the number of screamers doubled. We chased the close one for approximately 150 feet to 150 yards as they chased us, screaming Hellishly all the while. Suddenly they were just gone. They had vanished along with their screams. Well, that's what happens when you wake up twice in very dark woods with something 8 and a half feet tall standing right next to you, 18 inches away. Well at least that is what happened to me. Edit - I don't normally leave out my disclaimer paragraph. It's only there for nonbelievers. I almost always include it if I tell the whole story in detail. Both of my encounters were virtually the same. They took place one or two weeks apart, approximately 40 years ago. They occurred on the Richard Miley farm 5 miles outside of Gratis on State Route 503 in southwestern Ohio. About the only thing different was the fact that the first one had my best friend asleep in my hammock 40 feet away. The second had his older brother there in my hammock. Everything else was pretty much the same, in the same place anyway. The sasquatch may not have been the same one but it was the same height.

I believe that it is indeed possible for there to be Sasquatch that are violent, just like some humans are. I think that until they are classified, there will be an intense social stigma connected to anyone that expresses belief/encounters with Sasquatch. I used to have a couple hundred FB friends. Once I began talking about & posting my experiences with Sasquatch, my "friends" began to drop away. I actually have just 1 friend that believes my encounter. If you go to my channel, there is a video I just made about my experience with one. I wish I was not in the tent & got to at least see them, but at the same time I am kinda glad I did not! Lol!

- I didn't even try to look at the close ones face. I was too busy watching my friend get up to help me chase it because I didn't want to chase it alone. I would love to have seen its face but it really startled me and I wanted to get it away from me. We couldn't see those that surrounded us at all. I wasn't trying to see them. They are definitely not just a 3 dimensional being. They exist in more than one dimension. People need to go internal to find real honest to God truth. Meditation, doing it correctly and safely by protection with white golden light around by our body can connect you to information that will boggle the mind. Don't take what doesn't resonate. I'm not ready to claim bigfoot is real, but I'm willing to accept something unknown is probably responsible for some of what people experience. I've seen first hand the way people can see things that aren't there or misidentify even ordinary thing and escalate that into tall tales they absolutely believe rather quickly. But not all of them are like that, and there's a core of incidents that you pretty well have to accept that something out of the ordinary was happening. I've never run into any sort of encounter myself, but I've still had moments in the deep woods where I realized there was something odd going on I didn't understand. Or that there was something wrong about a place and it was a bad idea to stick around even if you couldn't say why. And if the native legends about them are true, Bigfoot weren't something to mess with. They were large, dangerous, and at least sometimes killed and ate people.

I believe its just bears. Down south in Louisiana and florida the sasquatch is small and black like a black bear. In the northeast its large and brown like brown bear grisly and kodiak. But i believe survivormans story about hearing an ape grunt far out in the Canadian wilderness, so idk whats really going on.

If you haven't had that many experiences with the forest people I would be critical about showing what a fake track is!!!!! Believe it or not these beings are extremely intelligent and can mimic different kinds of animal vocals and tracks also. My best advice is to not even listen to me or anyone regarding these forest people when it comes to evidence or experiences because we all take in our surroundings differently and its an individual experience. Or atleast take it all in and feel what resonates with your gut. No one is an expert and we all need to get out into the forests and experience them. Don't ever go alone most are benevolent but still there are negative ones. They're just like people in that regard. My experiences are mine alone many people have experienced the multidimensional part of them, I'm definitely not alone there.

Does any one remember the show back in the late 70s and early 80 if the SHOW CAME ON SATURDAY'S LAND OF THE LOST? REMEMBER THE LITTLE BIG FOOT THAT WAS FRIENDS WITH THE LITTLE BLONDE GIRL WITH PICK TAILS. THAT WAS A BABY BIG FOOT. CHOCKA WAS HIS NAME.. SO THE GOVERNMENT HAS KNOWN FOR EVER.
