For me, I do struggle with control issues. Trying to control narratives, trying to control how others feel about me, think about me, see me. One of my struggle has been everytime I try to surrender and trust God ......I realize that because of my life experiences........I can't believe that his plans for me are of good and not evil and that I will get the desires of my heart. It is my heart's desire to fully surrender.

This is inspiring to hear because I am struggling with control issues too and so disappointed in myself to just surrender but it sometimes feel like I am in auto mode sometimes or its like my immediate response but I have to consciously be aware at times that I am not control or made to or need to me

I struggle a lot with control issues. It's a defense mechanism with a fear of failure. Before my marriage I was a single parent for over 10 years so mentally I have to stay above ground for my children. Now, It's affecting my marriage because now I have to have trust with the unknown and trust in my partner. That's my biggest issue and I'm having withdrawals. Jesus help me
