Great video, it looks like a very nice course. The matching kit for the round is ready for the rider cup team. After missing a few short putts you might be able to bang that 2-degree upright out of that putter on the cart path and solve your problems :)

I've done with tinkering Gaz, found a putter and driver that works and has done for the last year, ignore the new stuff now 😂

Gaz, didn't you test a Cleveland Halo Launcher fairway wood that you hit really well. Did you put that in your bag. That would have been a good choice for the 18th hole.

In terms of clubs, honestly, I haven’t purchased a club for over 2 years, if I get any new additions now, they’re usually demo clubs or borrowed off James. I just can’t afford to spend money on clubs at the moment.

I understand that Gaz. I am in the need for some new irons. I have watch your reviews, James , Rick, and Andy the Average Golfers reviews. Andy has recently posted videos on the PXG 0211 XCOR2 and the Takomo 101 & 201 irons. Andy was very impressed with all 3 irons. Then as you know, James and Chris went to Finland and did multiple reviews of Takomo irons plus James carried the 201's in his bag for awhile. I too can't afford 1300.00 US dollars for irons. I can order the PXG's for 129.00 US per iron and get it with a Cypher Senior flex graphite shaft in my specs, 5-PW, 774.00, no extra charge for graphite shafts. Andy says it is one of the best irons he has tested. The 0211 DC are even cheaper at 79.00 per iron. 5-PW graphite shafts, 474.00. Loft on the 0211 DC 7 iron is 28° The closest fitting area to me is in Las Vegas which is a 2 1/2 hour drive south on Interstate highway 15. I really enjoy the new series you are doing. Cheers

Brave decision to go back to the standard, but feel tells you everything. I bought a scotty, having used my mates for a few putts, played one full round and new it was wrong. Sold it straight away for minimal loss

Maybe try some more/less toe hang, my stroke says I should be using a toe hang putter, but I just couldn't get it to work, so went with a more face balanced scotty an have cut out a lot off the left side misses. An gotta say my distance control off the milled face has improved greatly ⛳

Gaz, are you sure your new putter face and grip are square from the factory? You'd be surprised sometimes. May need a tweak.

I know what you mean. TM aren’t good for straight grips 😅 It definitely wasn’t the grip, the swing weight was different as I’d ordered it longer, and I think the upright lie changed the face plane tilt. Just felt a complete different putter.
