Basically, Jakarta is not a tourist city like Bangkok or KL but more of a business city, so few tourists visit Jakarta so it's naturally that you will see local taking photos with foreigners. It's different if you go to Bali, Jogjakarta and other tourist cities which are used to the presence of foreigners. still enjoy your day in the big Durian Jakarta

We went to the top of that monument in 1997. That was my 1st time in Jakarta. I went again in 2009. Finally we will be going back again in February of 2025. I can't wait to see the changes. Of course this time I'm bringing my trusty portable translator,so I can speak with folks this time. Any suggestions on what to do or see in February, I would be greatful. Great video my man! Please pardon me to say this, but when you buy something at price of 5000 or below, you cant simply hand over 100.000, its kinda a little rude since seeking return especially during crowds and chaos, as seen after you return from monas, is very hard Try to find 20k or 50k, if you get 5k is even more appreciated, as long as not 100k
