Two suggestions/requests for this week Dave, since you got your GT4 race in already... First is the the CTS-V at Lime Rock (lot of laps, watch your tire wear) and the second is the Radical at the Nordschleife. I've done each once so far and had a blast on both. The Radical at the Nordschleife is "uber-fun" :) Cheers, Sev

I ran the McLaren last night but practiced later with the Merc and was two seconds faster in it. Porsche still feels like it pushes a bit in the fast corners, i'm sure I just need more time in it. The McLaren is my go to because it's so easy to drive.

I just tried the Cayman today, at Spa, and came away disappointed. The fixed setup wants nothing to do with turning into a corner. I suppose it’s better if you can change setup, but I haven’t tried it yet.

@@davecamyt I’m pretty new to iRacing. You mentioned that you were adjusting brake bias. You can do that in fixed setup racing? If so, I’ll try that next.

@@SkarTisu yes brake bias is the only thing you can change in a fixed series race. There are some fixed series where you can't, but that's because the car doesn't have that option irl like the mx5 and gr86

@@davecamyt ah, that makes sense! I forget which car I tried to change brake bias in, but it wasn't the Porsche. I chalked it up to being a fixed setup series, and didn't bother to look into it further. Thanks for the tip! I'll give the Porsche another shot. Cheers!

My PB is like a 2:32 in the Merc and it feels like the tires never heat up, for some reason the tires always feels cold?? Is it my driving style or what. I am a 2k

The Merc is super slidey. You've just got to be much smoother with the throttle application than the Porsche and macca

You’re losing a lot of speed in Eau Rouge/ Radillon by turning in early. Notice how he’s turning-in at the flag tower, and you’re several meters back from that.
