Congrats. I have never street phtographied a deer, but I will tell you, pigeons are surprisingly excellent street phtography subjects, especially if you feed them and get down to their level. They are natural clowns and so full of character. And because you are pointing your camera at pigeons, you get all kinds of natural human street activity in the background. Seriously. Pigeons.

wow amazing , I really know where you're coming from. a few years ago I was out in our local forest standing in an area that I had seen deer before. ....nothing was happening . .... I was getting fidgety, bored actually, so I adjusted my stance and glanced over my shoulder and there was a frigging deer standing behind me watching me !!! luckily he didn't have a camera. honestly this really did happen. zen billings

i almost managed to do this two months ago but the deer started to run away before i managed to shoot it! it was directly staring at from distance maybe 4 meters (and in a city)
