Eddy , The reason there is only three stands at Falkirk stadium is where the last stand would be built is in the blast/danger zone of the petrochemical works in Grangemouth and they wouldn’t give permission at first , but I’m sure they have permission now just no funds at the moment to go ahead with it . Its a better place than people actually think. The club are on the rise just now and hopefully they can do one better this season and get back into the SPL.

Brockville Park was the traditional ground, it's now a supermarket, Falkirk now back challenging to get back in the Premier League, We had an Invincible season when you were there ⚽️🏆 , Falkirk FC still only Scottish club to hold the World transfer record, Syd Puddefoot from West Ham

The old Falkirk stadium wis called Brockville & very close to Falkirk Grahamston railway station. First game I ever attended wis at Brockville and (Sir) Alex Ferguson wis playing centre forward for Falkirk They sold the site and there is a Morrisons supermarket there now.

Falkirk Football Club don't actually own the stadium Eddy, it's owned by Local Council as far as I know, probably why there was something going on during your visit buddy. When they moved to it at first they were in higher divisions, but suffered a bit financially which dropped them down the leagues, had a good season most recently and promoted up one division.
