In hindsight, I think I was misunderstood about lots of things I spoke about during the video which I apologise for. Anti-socialist/communist capitalist. You’re so ignorant about the battle between socialist countries and the capitalist US empire and fascism that is always overthrowing democracies in Latin America etc. Cuba’s difficulties and shortages are caused by crippling unfair U.S. sanctions and a blockade on Cuba because the U.S. hated that Cubans overthrew the US backed right-wing Cuban dictator Bautista so they put sanctions and a blockade on Cuba to punish Cubans. long story short the capitalist U.S. empire is the most evil country in the world, socialist countries like Cuba are just trying to help their people and stand up for peoples’ rights and equality while the US is trying to crush socialist countries like Cuba and China for helping their people and Russia, Iran and Venezuela and North Korea for standing up to the US and being independent. The US government and media and other western governments lie all the time about these countries. You need to inform yourself and learn about the battle between socialist countries and the evil Fascist US capitalist empire, don’t believe US propaganda.

@@千ı乇尺匚乇シ I can’t directly put the source on KZbin but the information I got was from politifact. The US has an embargo on Cuba, not a blockade like what most people think. It is true it is hard to do business in Cuba due to US sanctions however Cuba’s policy on foreign business is hostile anyways and that is Cuba’s fault. Cuba still trades with lots of countries like China, Netherlands, various South American countries and even Canada. Contrary to popular belief there is even some limited trade with the US, though very restricted. The embargo wouldn’t be so devastating to Cuba if Cuba allowed more foreign enterprise into their country (as that can actually stimulate more foreign trade). That is where the communist regime fails to help Cuba develop at a faster rate. Even if Cuba adopted the Chinese model they would probably be much better off.

I hope the US lifts the embargo. It causes so much suffering and hardship for something that happened in 60s.

I may have misunderstood but I recall hearing that Obama was going to ease up on the embargo conditions and reinstitute travel for Americans to Cuba? Doesn't seem like it happened however?

It's colorful for tourists only not for people who live here. I think we can say that about all places on this planet

I know my country seems like a paradise for people outside but the reality there is really sad and I’m glad you admitted. I wish nobody else travel to Cuba again. Every dollar or euro that enter in the country only make the dictatorship stronger. As you could see you could eat well but is not the same for regular Cuban families and is not about the “US Embargo” is the dictatorship. Diaz Canel, the president that no Cuban vote for he for sure has good, cars, water, internet, and all that the Cubans are missing nowadays. Cuba was sooo different and so better before 1959. I hope one day my people could live a better life and that way I’ll feel very happy that tourists go to Cuba.

Should've tried the cuban pizza. It probably isn't as good as it used to be before Covid, but if you ever end up going to Miami, don't forget to try the cuban pizza.

Seems people have no clue on how many countries are struggling massively like this. They act “shocked” for the first time seeing it & try to sympathize. Just puts into perceptive how naive & clueless some others are from better/more prosperous countries. They truly don’t realize how ungrateful they take things & cry/freak if they don’t get things their way. Sad how ungrateful/unknowledgeable & most importantly how lucky they truly are, but they have no clue. But they always comment/pretend online “they do realize how lucky they are & sympathize for other countries” but just lie to look good online then cry the next day “cuz life’s getting too hard”
