Blue I'm not fasting but my go to snack use to be a Pepsi and some chips. I haven't had a Pepsi in over a year and I replaced chips with popcorn which is a little healthier. Good Luck to ya

@beekind267 me too but remember I’m liquids 5-7 days so eating those peppers was outside of the plan, girl adding anything to them would have been a Disaster, cause I would’ve thought I was at a buffet and the whole rest of the 5 days would have gone out the window

@@beekind6267 thanks a bunch and yes I’m staying strong. I decided to not finish just full liquids but I’m adding healthy solids in between each liquid.
