Cornice boxes are above the windows. I think they add a clean, finished look to the window shades; much nicer than valances. I really like this home, too. It's so open and spacious.

Thanks for the tour, Diva. This is a nice floor plan. Being an older single man, there are a couple of changes I would want. First, the master closet would be made a part of the utility room so that it becomes larger and has room for a small freezer and broom closet. Second, the master bath section with the tub will become the new walk-in-closet as I don't need/want a tub.

I agree, this home is gorgeous! I’d make a few small changes though. I hate the countertops so I’d change that. Vents would definitely have to go in the ceilings. The boxes over the windows is a big no. I have one over my double living room windows and that lost its charm quickly. Glad they aren’t on all of my windows. The master bath arrangement doesn’t work for me, the tub being in that room to itself is just weird. I’d rather omit the tub and if possible move the wall down a bit to make that area smaller, relocate the toilet and make that a water closet. Use the freed up space where the toilet is now to set up a makeup vanity. That’s just me but I do like this house a lot!

Nice large living room and kitchen very nice. The dining room would have to lose the single window so I could put up my hanging wall hutch. Master nice size and really raises like the transom window in the master closet for natural light. The master bath is appointed nicely but think would be better if the tub area weren't so isolated feeling. Didn't catch where the water heater was but I can say that open space in the laundry room is perfect place for it. Like how the second bathroom has built in linen cupboards.

I could not tolerate a kitchen as a hallway. The traffic would make me crazy! The architect should swap places with the dining room and kitchen. Let an island be the divider, keeping traffic away from the Fridge, stove and sink. - You did a good tour. Very positive.

I really like this house. I love the layout because the back door and laundry room are away from the second bedrooms plus the master. Do anyone know the price? I also like that it has finish dry wall and a tub in the master. Perfect home
