Loooooove the long porch. I loved in a rental home in college with a long porch with a porch swing/ railings and stairs and we loved sitting out front rain or shine.

Love, love, love the kitchen! All those windows with all that counter space! And the way the master is separated from the other bedrooms gives it a huge thumbs up from me! 👍👍👍 I love the overall flow of the home too.

The Lily is beautiful. I love the tour with gas stove in kitchen. But the house with furniture is stunning, love that one more., kitchen counters ,the colors. Bedroom sizes are Great. Only change need trans window in hall bathroom. Thank you.

WooWee? This is an incredible home. It's much larger than I would need, but it has enough room for a family for days. That porch and kitchen sells this house for me. This is my absolute, all time favorite kitchen. Wouldn't change a thing. Really enjoyed your tour today, Christie.

This is the best home I've seen you review since I've subscribed to your channel. What I love about this home: 1) When you walk in there's a closet right there. Hubby hates walking through the home with his coat and shoes on. We can put everything away right at the door. 2) The closet/wall blocks looking straight into the rest of my home. At the entry I would put a small bench, umbrella rack, etc. 3) A lot of the kitchen is blocked off from anyone walking into the home. I love how the kitchen and dining room are separated from the living room. 4) The counterspace is crazy. Lord knows I have tons of appliances and not enough room and outlets in my current small kitchen. 5) Love that there's a sink in the laundry room. Love that the additional bedrooms are located on the other side of the house. 6) I love the his & her closets. 7) Love the bathroom - soaker tub, shower is beautiful and toilet area is separate. Wonderful! I also love the layouts of the closets. I can't see my closet in the freakin' bathroom! That's crazy lol. What I don't like. 1) I don't remember seeing a pantry, but I guess it isn't needed with all of those cabinets in the kitchen, but I would still like a pantry even if it's a small one. Overall, I would love to get this home with my modifications. It would be perfect! I'm adding to home to my favorites as a reference for when I begin looking after retirement.
