When Howe came to Newcastle they had a rocky start and then had to play a counter attacking style for the rest of the season to ensure survival and because it was the only thing most of that group of players could do at that point. This new manager at Man U needs to sacrifice his beloved 3-5-2 until the summer. Get players with pace on the pitch, keep it tight and counter attack. This is one about survival and potentially finishing as high as they can. Rebuild and try new systems in the summer.
