@I'm So Tired Thank you for the long message! I'm not hot. I'm not sexy. IF we use the chart "what those words usually mean to a lot of people". Of course I'm hot/sexy in my own ways though, it is subjective. I fall into the cute-category. I eventually grew out of it and I don't really ever think about it. "Eventually I'm going to grow old and my looks will go away." very wise of you.
@Ruinwyn2 жыл бұрын
@I'm So Tired I'm so tired of people going "we're dressing sexy for ourselves, not for other people ". Cool, are just interested in masturbation then or is your kink just to have others frustratingly drooling at you. The word sexy has the "sex" in it for a reason. When you dress sexy you try to express what type of partner you are looking for. You display what you like about you, so that you attract someone who likes those same features. I don't dress sexy for myself. I dress sexy for my husband, and the fact that he appreciates it does make me feel good. I don't and never have changed myself for him. Rather, what I like to display he likes, and vice versa, hence we started dating. Also, assuming that when people say they can't wear something, it's because it makes them feel ashamed is pretty reductive. Acknowledging what your body is like, doesn't mean you are ashamed of it. Years ago I commented to someone how much I hated that all jeans had become skinny, because I can't wear them because of my big calves. They felt the need to tell me, that they don't think there is any clothes that anyone should feel that they can't wear. I gave them a look and told them the problem wasn't that I was ashamed. The problem was that there was no way I could fit into them. I can't think of more apt example of making the mold flexible doesn't actually mean there isn't a mold.

Same. Screams scam to me. It’s kinda genius, imo. Appeal to the greed and narcissism of “influencers” to shill your scam for you and amplify it. Takes nothing to do zoom interviews to establish legitimacy, throw up a site/rules/pages. Everything is hidden on the monetary side, people supposedly in the contest know nothing about anything, no news coming out, new people added expanding the pool of marks. Way too many red flags, imo. They made it look legitimate just enough to protect themselves with whatever country they ran this out of, which is another huge red flag. Tbh, I would be completely sketched out by these people at this stage if they did contact me with any type of travel arrangements, could end up trafficked. They were doing interviews without contracts being signed… About 10 years ago we were going to be on a reality show. We were sent contracts and ndas for everyone to sign that we even mentioned in the process otherwise it ended the process. Every step of the way new paperwork and agreements. They cover their butts 7 ways from Sunday. It ended up not happening, which I’m kinda glad, but happy for the experience on how these things work. They were also very time sensitive about the contracts. If I mentioned someone in a call it was, “ok, sending you a nda and contract, get it signed in 3 business days or we end this relationship.” Like, daaaamn, ok, lol. Also, how would this work when this “production company” would have zero rights over any platforms content? There would have to be contracts stacked on contracts to show clips. No? Scam. Imagine the money they could raise from all these influencers followers buying votes…yikes.

it's why i think Big Brother and Survivor got so huge. the drama of course is the most interesting part to many, but it's usually a diverse set of people from different backgrounds, ages, and experiences stuck in one house for the summer. it's interesting to stick so many different personality types together, it's fun to watch that unfold. there's a cast member for everyone, and in the years that i was still watching BB i never looked at a cast and went 'okay i would never get along with any of these people' the way i do some other reality shows. casting the same types of people is a detriment imo, and i think a lot of people are going to have a hard time relating to some people on this show if they have done so.
@despicablepenguin2 жыл бұрын
Ok maybe it's because you haven't watched BB recently but BB is not diverse, especially with how they cast now. They literally took all the interesting things off of BB to standardize it. BB has always had very attractive people for the most part (like same attractiveness, Hollywood attractiveness) which was fine because they had interesting people. I especially liked when they chose older people, especially older people from different backgrounds that were like the craziest people but now everyone in their recent casts are so boring. I have no idea why but they're usually 20 something's who have no personality whatsoever and are very Hollywood/influencer attractive (yk tv attractive. At least for the most part) which kind of leads into the boring part. If all their faces blend together when I look at the cast, even when I've watched the season, I say it's a bad cast. I did drop BB at 20? I think because everyone just felt samesys which defeated the point of Big Brother but I have picked it up again on the most recent season, 24 and so far the only interesting person is Taylor because she's a Ms Columbia USA/paegent queen and the nicest human being you'll ever meet, which tbh is a detriment to her game and then Paloma since she was the ultimate villain although she left because of mental health reasons (and she wasn't very nice on the show. When you say you would be friends with these people, I'm the opposite. I wouldn't be friends with a lot of these people, especially Paloma and turns out a lot of those people bullied cast members on the show and it wasn't shown in the show).

@@despicablepenguin yeah i totally meant more of the early days than what it's become now. it's very much felt like a slap to the face to long time fans to see how they've done casting in more recent years. i did watch a few episodes and half seasons after BB16, but i think that was the last full season i sat through. like it wasn't perfect and there were definitely some problematic shit going on, but god.. the early days of it was so good. it felt unique to the other reality shows. now it's like a shell of it's former self.

I haven't finished the video yet but I just wanted to thank you for having captions that were actually put in to the video and not just the auto youtuber caption-er. I'm used to channels who even do have captions to usually take a least a day or few to have them, so it was a nice surprise to see a captioned video the same day it came out :)

I'm really sick of all reality shows being full of 'conventionally attractive' people. It's like how Big Brother UK started out being a bunch of interesting people with normal/different looks and then it just devolved into only thin/muscular/tanned/mostly blonde people like on Love Island and it gets so old. I would much rather support all different types of people 😫

....Considering it wasn't that long ago Amanda was looking to throw hands with any KZbinr willing to step up... I get the feeling she is telling everyone she'd be doing some old-school Jerry Springer Show shit. Throwing chairs and slapping baby daddies.

My private headcanon is a story of how this shitshow of a production would be, and how Amanda was the only person with her act together, then in the final week she and 20 other contestants end up stranded in Bavaria and she gets them all home safely even though I'm pretty sure she doesn't know German.

The second everyone saw Tana's name they should have completely understood that this would fail/be some kind of scam. Even though she's only a judge, I think it's the Tana curse
@kevin100012 жыл бұрын
It feels like a scam cause I can’t find any information about it past June and there website is still saying people can register on the site like they are still looking for cast members instead of pulling from the contestants they already have and in my opinion that sounds very sketchy

Wait… the show would be filming in Toronto but they’re partnering with BC Cancer Foundation? aka a fully different province than where Toronto is? Not even a Canada-wide organization? Lol what
@zoyasexycool2 жыл бұрын
the bc cancer foundation is a huge charity to be fair, i’ve seen people in the usa fundraising for it multiple times and filming in toronto might be easier than in Vancouver for example

Good on you for sharing the links to charities that were claimed to be benefactors. 2 great charities - JED Foundation and the BC Cancer Foundation. BC Cancer supports the province's Cervical Cancer testing and now support Lung Cancer screening. They also have a fun event called Workout to Conquer Cancer every year. So yeah. Hope Influence Me actually delivers.
