Superior advice and straight up. Only thing I disagree with is the concept of walking away from relationships when they don’t work for you or when you pivot. I have seen the best people in the world maintain relationships for decades because you just never know when that person may come back into your world. Obviously you can’t foster every single relationship super deeply, but you should never just turn on them. I’ve had clients come to me solely over a relationship referral I had at 20yrs old. I’m 49 now. Other than that, this guy is so honestly direct and truthful. I love every second!
@themadnessoflife4 ай бұрын
I appreciate your perspective on maintaining relationships for the long haul. It's true that connections can unexpectedly resurface and bring value after years of absence. However, it's important to strike a balance between nurturing enduring relationships and recognizing when it's time to let go for personal growth. Sometimes, walking away can be necessary for both parties to thrive. It's all about finding that sweet spot between loyalty and self-preservation. Here's to navigating the fine line of relationships and finance with grace and wisdom!

My older brother is a millionaire. 15 years ago I paid his rent and gave him a computer. Now he all he does is call people that aren’t rich lazy and he thinks he’s better than other people. He also lies and tells people he did it without any help. Money makes some people turn into arrogant pricks

@commandersprocket3 ай бұрын
Spend 10 minutes and find a video about Paul Piff and his experiments with Monopoly. PI is a social psychologist, your older brother is behaving in a sadly normal way. If you have 20 more minutes, I would recommend watching a video about the Stanford prison experiment, and then the Stanley Milgrim shock experiment. I think Homo sapiens has a bug around social psychology, authority, role based behavior, and advantage. For every man in the orange jacket like we see herethere’s 50 that had all the skill and self belief and desire, and didn’t make it. Right place, right time. You still don’t make it unless you work hard and believe in yourself, but the opportunity has to be there..
