I enjoyed this uplifting story. This company is an extended family. It is a company where each one is heard and allowed to contribute and then, everyone works diligently toward each approved goal. I am thankful that English names are used. It makes the stories more relatable to me.

This was a good story. I find that people who don't have a private life miss almost everything. There is as much to accomplish outside of work as inside. He didn't marry. No private life. No children. No hobbies. Only family is his mom. This is typical of Japan. People give their entire lives to work in Japan. Sixteen hour days. Just enough time to grab something simple to eat and home to bed six days a week.

He should have stopped her immediately upon the first bad move. Why would he wait until the company suffered? What a weak and ineffectual man.

Stock majority owner should have corrected things sooner by getting Megan fired!

You can tell it happens in Japan even beside the constant bowing to one another... ;-) It's not so common in the western world that the managing staff or the owner thank to the employees for their effort.

The story would have been better if it used Japanese people's names. The use of English names doesn't fit the rest of the story.
