The first guy shows he has a lot of contact with the courts, if he "knows" how "they" act "all the time." I get the sense that he doesn't understand lots of courts schedule by the hour, so you get called to be there at 9:00 a.m. means you'll be heard between 9 and 10. I don't think he expects everyone to wait; he thinks it's wrong that someone made him wait in the past.

@@maryjackson1194 out in California, you are either on morning docket or afternoon. If you're a morning docket, your case can be heard anytime through morning hours and if the cases run over, possibly just after noon break. Afternoon cases can be heard all the way up until after normal business hours, as long as the judge doesn't mind staying long enough to clear the docket. (Otherwise, you get a recall for the next morning.)

My backdoor neighbor comes out around 3:30 every morning, starts his diesel pickup and turns on his headlights to feed his livestock. The lights shine uphill across our field right into my cross the street neighbor's bedroom window. Every. Single. Morning.

I had a neighbor like this once. It was awful. Their son eventually came into our house with my 2 kids and locked me out. I kicked in the door and beat the ever living ish out of him, all 5'7" 125 lbs of me. Luckily, the police had been called enough for them to see a pattern, and I didn't get in trouble. Plus, I got an injunction of harassment and their landlord evicted them. They made our lives miserable, and I feel for these people so much. This dude chuckling is nauseating. He knows exactly what he's doing.

You can tell by his speech patterns he's got issues. That laughing each time he admits doing a harrasing action. Interrupting the judge over and over. 2 acres is huge. The idea he needs to be within 50 yards of their home is weird off the bat. And why th don't they extend the well pipe. Anyone who's been involved with funny, smart, but ill, people knows this pattern. He has an "excuse" for every antisocial or aggressive behavior.

I laughed so hard when he suggested to the judge that an easement be placed. Um, for one, you're NOT the property owner and for 2, an easement is issued for OTHERS to access the property, such as a road, sidewalk, water, sewer, ect. ALSO this case is ONLY to keep him away from the rental, it is not a property law case. Oh so much laughter. Sorry. Also it doesnt matter WHERE the fence is placed because it DOES NOT AFFECT ANOTHER PERSON'S PROPERTY. Oh the madness.

I have a neighbor who is a complete tool. Law enforcement wont touch it, he knows enough to not cross the line, but he is creepy AF and he does things like stand on the sidewalk in front of our house and pull weeds in the crack, turn his leaf blower on and set it on the same sidewalk, stand in front of our driveway with his leaf blow when we come home, etc... if i were the judge i would have made it 500 feet.

It’s really easy to say someone should just move but it’s not that simple. Finding a place can be tough if you live in an area like mine where there’s not a lot of availability and what is out there beau que bucks. Especially if you have kids or animals or elderly relatives living with you. You might need a space to work from home. Even if you do find a place, the upfront costs are crazy. Trucks, movers, time off of work, security deposits, first and/or last months’ rent, etc. A lot of people are stuck.

It isn’t just me who doesn’t get along with her. We live in the country surrounded by farms and she has been banned by all the neighbors from stepping foot on their land. My husband has 3 sisters and 1 brother and I get along with all of them but her but she has a problem with everyone in the family because she feels when their parents died she didn’t get what she deserved in the will.
