The first guy shows he has a lot of contact with the courts, if he "knows" how "they" act "all the time." I get the sense that he doesn't understand lots of courts schedule by the hour, so you get called to be there at 9:00 a.m. means you'll be heard between 9 and 10. I don't think he expects everyone to wait; he thinks it's wrong that someone made him wait in the past.

@@maryjackson1194 out in California, you are either on morning docket or afternoon. If you're a morning docket, your case can be heard anytime through morning hours and if the cases run over, possibly just after noon break. Afternoon cases can be heard all the way up until after normal business hours, as long as the judge doesn't mind staying long enough to clear the docket. (Otherwise, you get a recall for the next morning.)

You can tell by his speech patterns he's got issues. That laughing each time he admits doing a harrasing action. Interrupting the judge over and over. 2 acres is huge. The idea he needs to be within 50 yards of their home is weird off the bat. And why th don't they extend the well pipe. Anyone who's been involved with funny, smart, but ill, people knows this pattern. He has an "excuse" for every antisocial or aggressive behavior.

I had a neighbor like this once. It was awful. Their son eventually came into our house with my 2 kids and locked me out. I kicked in the door and beat the ever living ish out of him, all 5'7" 125 lbs of me. Luckily, the police had been called enough for them to see a pattern, and I didn't get in trouble. Plus, I got an injunction of harassment and their landlord evicted them. They made our lives miserable, and I feel for these people so much. This dude chuckling is nauseating. He knows exactly what he's doing.

Um, for one, you're NOT the property owner and for 2, an easement is issued for OTHERS to access the property, such as a road, sidewalk, water, sewer, ect. ALSO this case is ONLY to keep him away from the rental, it is not a property law case. Oh so much laughter. Sorry. Especially if you have kids or animals or elderly relatives living with you. You might need a space to work from home. Even if you do find a place, the upfront costs are crazy. Trucks, movers, time off of work, security deposits, first and/or last months’ rent, etc. A lot of people are stuck.

I could never live next to a family that was renting property from me OR my parents, my issue would be more of a personal privacy thing(for both of us). Pay the agreed rent and don't destroy the property and you will never see me.

I think k if you make most of these people come to court, it would knock them down a peg since they act like disrespectful perks when they are over the phone. Bet they wouldnt act like that in an actual courtroom (referring to the first guy and everyone like him)
