@billbaggins7355 Жыл бұрын
Why? It would just extend the pain on the tax payers and the people who work in the courts. The sovereign citizen thing is a pyramid scheme with the intent to gum up the legal system with garbage. These people, for the crimes they commit, will never spend more than a handful of days in jail and rarely go to prison. They effectively create a recidivist out of a normal stupid human being. People who used to be law abiding citizens get taught this stuff and become super low level government agitators. It will never work on smart people but as we know there are a plethora of dumbs in this country who are just looking for something to put faith in and they also hate the government. It's a literal lose-lose for the courts. They have to pull them over. Waste the officers time. Get dragged out of their car and arrested. Sit in jail and get bailed out. Get their car towed. Then have to do one of these stupid appearances where they will do what this guy did and waste more time and probably talk themselves INTO more jail time. Then they go to jail and serve their sentence and come out and probably do it again because they're that dumb. If you do the right thing every single time you just give them what they want. More jail time. More time in general to cause people to have to deal with them instead of actual criminals. They take up space. Time. Money. Food. Everything. And that's if you follow the law. And there is no guarantee they won't just reoffend even if you hit them with all the jail time and stuff you can. If you don't do the right thing and just waive them away it makes them think this stuff is successful at making them immune to the law. They reoffend until they're given proper treatment. But they're still going to reoffend regardless. See how it's a losing fight for the system? This is like what happens when trolling goes out of control. When the joke becomes something more than a joke. It becomes a cancer. And there is really nothing you can do about it.

You need 1 youtube video to see what they are about. Judges are the ones that should take a short seminar on how to deal with them. They are always in contempt from minute 1. They refuse to answer questions and ramble about some delusional gibberish. If the judge asks for your name, and you start to say bs about how you're morish, how you're some trust representative etc. the judge should either immediately dismiss that announced stranger to the court and issue a bench warrent, or hold that person in contempt for making a mockery out of the court and delaying the process. I'm sure there are plenty of lawful reasons for a judge to hold someone in contempt for that bs. These people are like spoiled children, unless there's serious jail time issued for their crap, they will continue to exist. It costs society way too much resources to be patient with them. Agreed. I repeat myself, but it's a duty of the judge to maintain the authority and protect the integrity of the court. That's the whole reason for the ability to punish for contempt of court. And to sit there, explaining to the spoiled child, as you very aptly called them, when the spoiled child is acting in all bad faith and has no interest in truth or reason, this becomes overindulgence that undermines the judge's very legitimacy. Ask him 3 times his name, then drop the hammer in the form of a bench warrant. Ruthlessly and remorselessly; ignore all frightened pleas of "wait, judge, I'm really---" Nope: We're past that; you had your chance; you got three strikes and now you're out.
