Obeying the rules that have been created by the game company is important. But also it is important for the game company to enforce the rules in a fair, consistent and timely manner. Failure to enforce them will only lead others to break the rules. Along with affecting the players feelings on the rules since they would be a paper tiger. All bark and no bite, zero action taken for breaking the rules. With the problems of Immortal that means that player might think that they could break the rules in the other games that Blizz has. That it is okay to bot, dupe, hack, etc... yes okay to break all of the rules. Non enforcement of the rules will be the one thing that can destroy a game company. What happens is in time legitimate players will see Blizz as a company that doesn't care about game integrity where you have everyone playing fair and on an even playing field so they won't be buying any of their games or spending any money on their games. Less Sales will mean less revenue which will in turn lead to people losing their jobs. People losing their jobs could lead to games shutting down due to a lack of people working to keep the games live and the servers open for business. That is why Blizz will have to do something about it regardless of how any one of them fells. I do believe that your opinion would be different if Blizz enforced the rules in Diablo Immortal in the area of account sharing, gifting, buying, or whatever you want to call it. While you still might not care about it due to it not directly impacting your enjoyment of the game. You would be very vocal to your audience to not get involved into doing those kind of things.

Even though you are no doubt one fine person to be with and play games with. I do believe that I understand why you get booted from your clan. They might've misunderstood you point on account selling as saying that you personally support those that buy and sell accounts. Although I don't think that you would personally support players that do those things at all. If that wasn't made clear in that video then that could be the reason why they kicked you. Getting booted as a person that supports breaking the rules of the game is no laughing matter to ones that want everyone to play by the rules and have a fair and even playing field for everyone. The way I feel about being a clan leader is simple. If I ever was one then what I would do is know that there will no doubt be times when I might have to do things that are outside of my comfort zone. I could not say hey that is not in my comfort zone so I won't do it. When it is something as important as talking to a clan member or former clan member I would set things up so we could chat privately. Then tell you straightforward the reason for you being kicked from the clan. I just don't understand ho;w a person can be a clan leader and not able to do things that are outside of their comfort zone when they know that there will no doubt be times when things like that happen.

Eternal Conflict's server is allied with Voldemort-he owns them and provides all sorts of services that violate the TOS. Voldemort wasn't happy about my video, and the people who use those services weren't happy either. When they saw you talking about it, they most likely took their anger out on you. They're trying to silence the voices because these people like to stay in the shadows and operate from there. Sucks for them because I'm a MF who doesn't give a flying F about who they are and will continue to expose them, especially if it affects me, my gaming experience, and the people I know and play with.

Tsunami is the clan leader in question. As I don't know how and what transpired, I cannot form an opinion on the disciplinary action that was taken against you. But I personally found Tsu to be approachable and reasonable. However, Tsu is decidely not a pushover, weak leader. She's tough and firm and since it's her clan, it's her rules. But when you have a public face, you have to consider the fact that you are actually an ambassador representing whatever clan you're part of. Your experience has taught you something about clan politics. Namely, that the old adage is true: Never talk about politics or religion unless you're spoiling for a fight. And though I hesitated a bit to do this to you, I have to point you to a telling comment made at 4:01 in your video MY WIFE Plays PVP on MY ACCOUNT! Consider heeding her advice. In summary, I will add that I joined, then left the server within 6 weeks, not even finishing out my Immortal reign due to a health issue. I no longer play but check the news out of sheer habit. It was shortly before I left that I recall the surprise at seeing you join our clan.

I respect your perspective, however I have screen shots that prove the leader in question refused to even talk to me because they felt "uncomfortable". Instead they took to world chat to slander my name. My "it doesnt bother me" comment was how it doesnt impact me or the people I play with. But in general I mention later in the video that if they are going to ban people for breaking TOS, it should be consistent with all things.

I haven't seen any screenshots of what was said but using the word slander is a pretty strong accusation and implies defamation of character and libelous conduct. Have you considered that your initial actions on joining the clan may have precipitated a sense of wariness in the clan leadership? Perhaps Tsunami's displeasure started when you first joined Fury and then, almost immediately, disappeared for weeks. She made special dispensation to bring you aboard and then you did a vanishing act on us, contributing nothing. And that your later opinions reaffirmed initial impressions, thereby putting the proverbial nail in the coffin? I hate to use the term prima donna but maybe that's the impression you imparted right from the beginning. You knew that you had the privilege to become an Immortal next reign and instead of helping out, you left us to do all the work. Also, you might want to be careful when talking about violating TOS as you yourself are guilty of it. You know the saying 'People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones'? Allowing your wife to share your account to PVP is also against TOS. You've even provided us video evidence of it! And I'll be blunt. That wasn't a terribly bright thing to do as you've actually opened yourself to disciplinary action from Blizzard. It may not be as egregious as win-trading or account buying but it's still against the TOS. Should you be banned? Technically, yes. But do we want that? No. The game's enough of a dog's breakfast without stirring up further animosity. I apologize if playing the Devil's advocate causes you distress. However, sometimes it's good to reflect on things and perhaps pass your thoughts by someone else for sober second thoughts before inadvertently posting controversial or opinionated videos just to get a few eyeballs.

a lot of people are being discriminated against for even simply not spending enough in the game and being kicked out of clans they've been in since the beginning of the game. These clans care so deeply about their immortal reigns that money spent comes before relationships... this is why everyone needs to be on board about the pay to win aspect of the game is destroying the equal opportunity for even the most dedicated players who grind hard everyday and even have better gear than the high spenders. Low spenders are outcasted because resonance and spending money has way too much leverage over primary gear and set gear strength. Blizzard needs to fix something related to the resonance impact it has on the low spenders not being able to participate or be involved or compete in all of the most relevant content inside the game.... it's literally only whales left who get any part of immortal reigns and it's related content. Some kind of resonance revamp is desperately needed in terms of server exclusive PVP events such as vault, valley of blood and rite of exile. Without it, the only players who will be left playing this game in the very near future will be whales because of the discrimination toward resonance power due to lack of spending. Soon after, even whales will start quitting because the community is too quiet due to the loss of the majority of players who are low spenders. Blizzard, just consider the idea and let there be a better form of fair play for all in terms of immortal reigns.

But this is a wakeup call for you previously oblivious to the damage and impact it causes to people on other servers by people exploiting the loopholes of this policy which has stayed unchecked and abused way out of hand by certain chinese big spenders operating from shadows to avoid the spotlight you have needlessly given them so they can continue abusing the violation of ToS and affecting legit spenders as well as killing servers destroying clans who don't abuse it. Maybe God wanted you through this experience to learn more about your grey morality stance back there and get more insight this way on why this should not be allowed to continue and don't enable encourage those cheaters to affect others' competitive immortal gameplay (for cape chasing and win trade exchange agreements). Use your voice and sway on community, your voice matters and does make an impact and it is exactly when you are scared when you can be brave my friend. Your vibes attract your tribe. Eff the naysayers tryna silence you. Never try to fit into their unrealistic expectations. Never play smaller just to match their comfort zones. I was kicked out of immortals cause my 2 warband members/clan mates decided to whine about failing rather than be decisive and get someone who could finish the runs. All I did was ask if they wanted me to leave(im the lowest reso)so they could finish it and my warband leader who was going ballistic on people since early in the morning lost it on me and I left the warband(which lead to me getting kicked)of course he was in a position of power in the immortals cause we just took over so all the clan officers believed him when he said I threw a fit when all I did was make a concensus to clear something we wouldn't with me there rather than complain. Yes they were complaining saying they can't carry 2 people cause it was me and another guy with a low charm level for vanguard. Don't accept these people on power trips with the reso situation to disrespect you. After moving to another server and noticing with a trend I decided to quit. Diablo or blizzard will never see me again.

Bought accounts are not invested. They get them pennies on the dollar. Also, many are just pilots and spend nothing on these accounts. Would you spend on a rented or borrowed car? Finally, Kincaid is on every server pretty much in NA. Other CCs, like Echo and Apollyon, are not in one of Kincaid's clans, so they have more liberty to speak freely. Misery was in a Kincaid clan, and Kin had him kicked. Simple as that. Dude runs multiple servers, has an unknown number of bought accounts that he sells, rents, gifts and he doesnt like his name or his terms of service violating gaming ethic discussed. You will be barraged if you post or do what he doesnt like. Apparently if you are in one of his clans, you will be kicked. Uncomfortable = Kincaid told Misery's clan leader to do it, and his clan leader is Kincaid's puppet. That's what makes his ex-clan leader uncomfortable.

My opinion, it is cheating to buy an account. TOS and all that. Imagine using your time, over 2 years, to build your account. A new player comes in with 1k reso, he buys an account and in 5 minutes, goes to 5k reso. It is in a way in game cheating, but it is cheating your in game time, and everyone else that you know, your friends, clan members etc. So no, to buy an account is not acceptable, and unfair in many very many ways.
