@Raraking4796 Жыл бұрын
@hudsonbartley2493 I know unfortunately I don't know that it will ever be something that's thoroughly enforced. I assume it jas to do with not wanting to punish people who turn out to be actual victims BUT I'm sure there is a way to prove atleast a majority of them. I'm sure the worst ones that do it more often are sloppy enough to get caught but it also has to be something that police and the courts put time and effort into and this is another struggle surrounding this. It's absolutely devastating that this is something that happens. People should not be allowed to destroy a person's life and roam freely to harm others. We all need to be very careful and cautious about who we spend time with and in what setting. This man was clearly never alone with the dirty snatch that lied on him. What a genuine guy. Why would anyone put someone through this? Ruining someone’s life for what? I despise people who lie about rape/sa also because real victims get pushed aside.

A person lying about rape should get the same prison sentence as the rapist would have received.

I feel so bad for him. That’s absolutely horrible to have to live through. I can’t even imagine. Missing out on the birth of his daughter not to mention 2 years of her life and his own. Absolutely heartbreaking. Wishing him all the best❤

This is so sad. People can lie and not understand how painful this is to lie to another person. This pain is unbearable.

In the state of Texas people found guilty of false accusations like this can actually face the same prison sentence the accused would’ve faced for the crime.

This made me cry for such a lovely guy. There is no amount of compensation that could ever make this right. 😮
