This is my strategy: Do not check on Chica and Bonnie via cameras, your door lights are enough for the two of them. When you pull up the camera, it must only be to check on Freddy or Foxy. When you see the Pirate Cove curtain open and abandoned, quickly change the view to the west hall (Foxy will be running), drop the monitor, and close the left door (or close the door before checking the west hall, your choice). When you hear Freddy laugh, that will mean he moved. He'll come through the east like Chica, but he will only draw closer, never away. You will see him clearly on the show stage, then the white glow of his eyes on the far side of the dining area, then peeking at you from the ladies restroom, then his music chiming in the kitchen (as the cam is out), then his glowing eyes at the end of East hall, then he'll be right up against the hall corner cam (he won't get you if the door is closed though); however, keep checking his exact location, and he will be less likely to move. He does not move until night 3. As soon as I hear the first footsteps, I quickly go back and forth between the right light and left light for the rest of the night, and I check the cams every... Seven... Something seconds either to switch from Foxy to Freddy, vise versa, or to get Foxy running.

Very good, but the definitive best solution is to not check the west hall until you check the office for anyone, then close the left door and check the hall. Foxy doesnt come until you check, so you can cam stall him and do other tasks whilst closing the door, instead of exiting the monitor immediately and not being able to check freddy and the doors

@@Arkede If you take too long doing other things, Foxy will break into the office anyway, but if you check the left hall to get Foxy running, you can quickly check both doors, albeit with the left door closed, and then put the monitor back up to check on Freddy.

pro tip on how to not get scared by freddy when your power runs out: listen to the original opera song that music is from and you'll be so busy singing along in the future, you wont even have TIME to be scared! it's genuinely such a bop. I learned about it in school before FNAF even came out and I still remember the words (Also it's the Toreador song from Carmen)

Hey Mat, the way Freddy works is once he moves from the stage he’ll follow a path to the office. His path goes Dining Area, Restrooms, Kitchen, Right Hall, Right Hall Corner, Office. Looking at him on the cameras slows him down. Look for his eyes as they are the only thing that’s visible in the darkness. Once Freddy’s in the right corner you MUST shut the door. Listen for the laugh. Once he laughs, he has moved. He will laugh six times to indicate that he’s in the office.

This is tips on how to win but it's basically the closest tactic to perfectly manage the game so don't read it if you want to have an average playthrough Only open the cameras except to occasionally look at foxy and keep track of Freddy since Bonnie and chica can't kill you unless they show up at the door which you can see without the cameras it sounds simple and it is but some people don't notice (Also Freddy goes from the cameras at the corner directly into your office without showing up at the door that is why you need to check on him with cameras constantly along with foxy)

Quick tip for the coming nights, only check on foxy, only on foxy! You can see Bonnie, Chika and Freddy in the windows/doors if they come, not foxy, once out he will run to you and you are dead once you see him in the office. The more you check on foxy the more time he takes to come out. He loves your attention

Moving when Freddy comes out after running out of power is a bad idea. If it's 5am, hold still. Do not turn. Just wait. Higher chance of making it to 6.

that was actually proven to be false! in the code it shows that not moving doesnt do anything, the amount of time freddy takes to kill you is random chance. most people took what phone guy said about "playing dead" as a tip, and have also had times where freddy takes longer when they dont move, so they think its connected.

I know a few tricks to this game if you wanna know. If you don't wanna know, don't read, so you can find out on your own. All 4 animatronics have their own patterns. -Bonnie, the purple bunny, loops from the stage, to the lobby, to the left hallway, to the corner or closet, then the door. If you block him at the door, he goes back to the stage, but he can fart around between the corner and closet all night if you're unlucky. Because Bonnie is so predictable, they're the first animatronic active, and the only change about them as nights progress is they get faster and more persistent. -Chica, the big yellow one, is mostly random. She bounces around the top of the map randomly, but only ever comes to the right hallway. She's irritating, because she can go from literally anywhere, to right next to you at the door in a single move. If Chica's near you on the map, it means nothing, because she's just as likely to blip somewhere else than come to you. just like Bonnie, she gets faster and more aggressive as the nights progress. -Freddy operates on his own set of rules. Whenever you look at him on the cameras, a timer is reset. If that timer runs out, he moves toward you, and the timer resets on it's own. There is NO POSSIBLE WAY to make him go back. Once he moves toward you, that's it, he will only ever get closer if you don't keep track of him. To the point that, once he's by your door, he will alternate between trying to get in, and standing in the corner staring at the camera. At that point, you're basically screwed because he WILL force you to drain your batteries. Ironically, he only ever threatens the right door, like Chica, even though he comes in the left when the power runs out. Basically, if Freddy leaves the stage, it's because you aren't checking on him often enough. -Foxy is special too. Just like Freddy, he has a timer that resets whenever you check on him. It's about 10 seconds or so at first. He'll go through inch by inch sneaking out of pirates cove before rushing the door. It's arguably worth it, if you see Foxy half off the camera with his head sideways like a cartoon character, to close the left door and *intentionally* let him rush you by not looking at him, and possibly checking the left hallway he runs down. This isn't advisable if you can't keep him locked down though, because each time he rushes you, he'll deplete more of your battery.The first few times is just 1 or 2 percent, but he'll eventually be chunking off %20 at a time if you let him rush too often. His timer gets shorter each night, and he takes more of your battery off. As you saw, by night 2 he's already fast enough to rush you almost immediately. -There's is no 5th animatronic, and if you ever think you're seeing one, you probably should stare. The winning strategy in this game is to never check what you don't have to, so you can reliably check what you NEED to. Chica and Bonnie are irrelevant to you unless they're at the doors. But you NEED to check on both Freddy AND Foxy somewhat constantly. It doesn't HURT to know where Bonnie is in his cycle, so you can anticipate when he'll try to go for you, but so long as you're flicking the lights to check often enough, even if you don't track Chica or Bonnie AT ALL, they can't get in. Full stop. Tracking Chica is pointless becuase she's random, Tracking Bonnie is pointless Because he's on cycles. You don't really "track" Freddy or Foxy, it's more like using the cams to stunlock them.

heres a lil tip for you mat. dont bother looking for bunny or chicken. they only are danger when at the door. if theres pottery sounds chicken is in kitchen. pirate gets slowed down when you look. look at him A LOT cus you only have short time to close a door for him (the timer is longer when you dont look in hallway) freddy stays in the dark. only his eyes are visible. he doesnt pop up in your door, instead, when hes in the corner at your door, you NEED to have that door closed when youre on the camera. thats all you need to know to survive

Here’s a good tip to beat the last couple nights, turn on the left door light, then then right door light, then check Pirate’s cove, rinse and repeat,also be sure to listen for Freddy’s laugh, when he laughs he is moving, after about three laughs check the right hall camera to see if Freddy is there, if he is then you’re fine for now, the next time Freddy laughs he will be in the right corner camera, you’re still safe, but then the next time he laughs after getting to the corner you NEED to close the right door until he laughs again. Then there is the shadows on the walls at the left door, when you close the door while Bonnie is there and you turn on the light you can see his shadow, turning on the light to see if his shadow is there is a good way to save power, also if you enter the camera’s while Bonnie is at the door then you can’t close it anymore. When you see the Freddy glitch and the words ‘It’s Me,” that means Golden Freddy is there. Golden Freddy can jump scare you. When this happens the game will crash and in doing so, kills you. You can avoid him by pulling up the cameras. In doing so you will survive.

oh and if freddy will appear on camera 4B close the door. He doesnt pops up infront of the door and just comes in. If he is at cam 4B close the door and wait until he left cam 4b, then you can open the door again. If you hear freddy laugh then it means he moved. There is also a secret animatronic in this game, He called „golden freddy“ its an yellow freddy wich appears IN your office and just sits there. The only way to encounter him is to close booth doors and look on camera 2B, then you see golden freddy poster instead of freddy and he appears in your office. If he is in your office just look at the cameras and he will dissapear :) (if you dont look at the cams then he will jumpscare you and crash your game, and he doesnt appears always on the poster) oh and on the camera pirate cove you have to look from time to time, Foxy inside of this cove will come out faster if you dont look at his camera. If the cove is open and you dont see foxy then close the door fast! if you look at your left hallway cams you will see him running. you gotta be really fast. Thats all tips i can give you for now and you should hear the phone calls because the give some information about the lore. i know the lore but i dont wanna write now all the text now lol, also the calls give much informations about what you should do. Oh and this game is already scary for you, then fnaf 2,3 and the most scariest one part 4, will scare your socks of lol! there is also fnaf 5 known as Fnaf sister location and there is Fnaf 6, the pizzeria simulator
