How I imagine the meeting went: Your target of 50 cases was achievable, the other employee with the same target managed to double that with the 100 cases we gave him, Why have you only achieved half that target with the 25 cases we gave you?

Employer should have had a formal progress meeting with you and indicated some reason for underperforming. Extended probation period is a bad sign. Can just throw around discrimination accusations with out proof. Any hint your bad a job that’s it. The lawyer didn’t touch on this.

Im confused… he went away. and had clients removed from his caseload (mean were they meant to sit there with no contact?) the only thing that’s sits weirdly is he told them about the holiday… and that was ok.. then it wasn’t? I think some important info has been omitted. It’s not a race claim that’s just digging

Daniel is purely providing the caller with what legal avenues there are to someone who has worked less than 2 years. Race is one of them for which the caller might qualify. There was no implication by Daniel or paticualrly by the caller that this is what had happened, it was just good legal advice for him to consider.
