Honestly it sound like niggas need a "HR Nigga" when it come to payments. Like at a regular job you don't have to go back and forth about getting paid with the CEO, the price point/splits are agreed upon before hand and there's a person/people that handle all the finer details on a day-to-day. If you have grievances you go to HR and then they communicate that to the boss/appropriate person and get it resolved. Probably not something you can afford to do starting out but ince you hit a certain threshold it seems essential from my perspective.
