I have a 2018 zx10r. The bike is awesome. It's pretty docile from 0 to 8k. From 8k up, it's monster. I like it because you can just cruise around if you'd like, but the bike rewards you with a onslaught of power if you ring it out a bit. My only gripe with the bike is a lack of a fuel gauge.

Dead on with what you said. You can cruise at low speed but it will scream when you open it up. Yes anything newer these days should have a fuel gauge. Haha!

It has a fuel use tracker so you can basically use it instead of a fuel gauge. Thats what i do at least. However an actual real time remaining fuel capacity would have been much better

I have the same 2018 bike in mat fusion silver. Absolutely unbelievable machine !! Very easy to ride considering the power the bike has.Yes the bike is a top end monster but my god it does absolutely pull like a freight train. My bike has incredible acceleration so I cant understand how others say it has nothing down low. The mid range punch will throw you off the back if youre not careful. Your review on this bike is excellent and spot on. I purchased my bike after seeing your review. Keep up the good work mate. I live in Australia.

14 months left before i have got big enough license for this cant wait.stuck on a 2cylinder mt07 (not bad but not screaming inline 4) looks so nice to ride and i sat on one and completely understand exactly what you mean about the seating. If you are true, Imo you don't need to get anything bigger than a 600cc. Don't bother wasting money on a 250 or 300 "starter" bike. 600's are more agile, cheaper, more forgiving and 90% as fast as a 1000cc. It is that 10% that will kill new riders, you don't realize how things move at 140-160 and breaking distances until riding for atleast a year.

I have a 2016 gen v zx10r. Only thing I don’t like AT ALL is the lack of the initial bite from the front break. At least with stock pads. I’m used to a very firm barely touch it bite. I’m sure it’s something I can change up with aftermarket pads but I love everything else!

@@tyranfarmer1239 It’s chill. It really doesn’t get brutal until 8k rpm and up with stock gearing. Definitely can feel the weight and feels like a big bike. Hard to go 40 mph stably. It bounces from 37-46-44-39. It’s all over the place. Hard to modulate power.

I use to ride a 16 ZX10R Winter ❄️ Edition what a machine only thing was i found it uncomfortable tbh which surprised me but everything else was amazing great power,handling,looks. Only thing that id criticise are those clocks imo Kawasaki should have updated the clocks to keep the ZX10R current. Although this ZX10R didn’t have auto blip mine didn’t when i bought it but before i had the bike delivered i had the blipper flashed in and it was 👌. Yours looks good! Yes I dislike the display and wonder when it will get an update. I don’t think auto blip is really needed unless you are riding on the track. I don’t mind using the clutch to downshift. 😄
