Bruce, Bruce, the misses and I had a blocked dunny last weekend. We got stuck in with our very own Mr. Plungy and cleared it out. A real Christmas miracle! I knew at least one bloke from western Australia would be proud of us. Truly inspirational and enlightening stuff.

There is something very satisfying about a drain being cleared. For the first few years in our house I had to keep rodding our (shared) drain because it would block every couple of months. Drove me nuts as there were 9 properies dropping into one trap in my front garden before the final run to the main sewer. Eventually paid for a camera and discovered some very old bamboo drain rods lodged in the last 10ft and drop pipe. Managed to get them removed and the drain has been clean & pristine ever since. The "buried" access points give me the heebie jeebies - give me a nice manhole & inspection trap anyday. Keep up the good work Bruce - from the UK.

Hello from Stockholm, Sweden! I showed my brother and 5-year-old niece your channel. The niece wasn't too excited when I told her I got a drain cleaning channel for her but when I told her how much poop it would be her attitude changed real fast. We both agree that explosive drains are the best. My brother enjoys your lingo but not so much the poop. I may be moving to Perth next year. You know how the NYPD offer ride-alongs with NYC police officers, does Drain Cleaning Australia do something similar? Like, can I pay $50 and come along on a drain cleaning job?
