About that naked Marshal plushie, I'm guessing it exists, because someone wanted to make a replica plushie of that glitch in the DLC of Animal Crossing New Horizons, where if you had one of your villagers brought to Happy Home Paradise from your island, that was wearing a custom design as a shirt, the game would fail to replicate the texture on that design, and would cause the clothes to be completely invisible, creating the illusion that the villager is naked, since the clothes became entirely invisible, and so, that glitch had to be patched out, which it did. Failboat had a video series of the DLC, that contained that glitch in it at the time of it's recording.

It's regular TPU (Thermoplastic polyurethane) transparent case, probably cheapest one. Printed with UV printer, and yes, they just put case in printer with styrofoam. I used to make custom cases with individual desings (not anymore), and for soft TPU cases i used hard peaces of plastic to "hardening" case before printing, because UV light of printer adds temperature and can deform cases and sometimes cheap or not even cheap cases maybe already deformed, and UV printing require flat surface to achieve quality.

I might be able to guess where the naked Marshall might've come from? China has a lot of custom plush factories, where an artist or company can send them their design and make a deal with the factory to produce them. Cotton dolls have a large market in China, you can find tons of them on Taobao; their sizes are generally 10cm, 15cm, and 20cm (with 20cm being the most common size), and generally they're sold naked with clothes that can be bought separately. Over the past couple years I've seen more and more independent western artists getting their own custom cotton dolls and clothes to sell in their shops, sometimes with fully original designs but sometimes with designs of characters from fandoms (or Kpop members. There's a weirdly large amount of them based of Kpop members. I feel a little weird about that.). I haven't seen any artists get into legal trouble with them, usually they're made in small enough quantities and the dolls in the shop wouldn't be labeled as their full name (usually some kind of obvious nickname) that the artists get away with it. Your Marshall looks a lot like it could be something like that. He looks about 10cm, he's *incredibly* soft (idk exactly what material these factories use but the couple I have are the softest things I've ever felt omg i love them so much), he came naked... The thing that concerns me though is that he's being sold on Aliexpress and he's got an issue with hot glue, showing they didn't exactly care about quality control. My theory is that maybe a less-than-scrupulous factory got its hands on the pattern and are mass-producing them, or something? Not sure. Anyway, if you wanna get your Marshall a lil outfit, just search "10cm doll clothes" on Aliexpress or Etsy or something and you'll get plenty of results.

I'm not sure if you're aware or not but I figured you should know anyways but be weary of the clothing items because no joke some seller's fabrics on cheap Chinese sites like these have been known to contain carcinogenic chemicals & sometimes they have even tested positive for fecal matter germs. Ew! I'd honestly be more worried about the carcinogens tho. Not all sellers have contaminated items but there's no way to know for sure which ones are okay but considering that the clothes are such low quality that I imagine you're likely not planning to wear them regularly anyway so I think you're fine for the most part but you still have the right to know what you're buying for any future purchases.
