Some of these ideas could be written into more proper stories Like the 'Strange clothing ingredients' The Able sister's start making these very realistic fluffy furry clothes. They're super nice, soft, warm... And bear a strange resemblance to some of your past villagers that you've wished farewell some time ago. You don't know what's going on, but you just... get this feeling... Your head starts thinking of morbid things, but no, that couldn't be what's happening. That'd be way too much. Well, anyway, at some point you go tell Isabelle about this, as she's the one that takes your troubles and talks it up with others afterall. After a while, the fluffy winter clothes change into leather ones. Seems like there's some new fashion items for you to get your hands on. Oh, but for some reason these clothes don't quite fit you that well? The Able sisters are kind and offer to make the pattern more form fitting according to you. That's nice of them! With that you go back to your house, it's getting late afterall. During the night you notice strange sounds coming from outside, a dark figure or shadow passes by your window as you get up to try and take a look at what's going on. You start feeling uncomfortable. All your villagers should be asleep at this point. All the shops are closed too, so... What could have caused that? Balloons don't fly that low either. For some reason you just get this unsafe feeling, that you don't want to go to your bed right now and just sleep it off. Perhaps a... walk could clear your mind..? Maybe someone was awake after all, you'd just go see which villager drank too much coffee and that'd be it. Or maybe you could stay at Resident Services for the night, with Isabelle & Tom Nook? At least then you wouldn't be alone. As you leave your house, you notice that the Able sister's still have their store's lights on. That's weird. It's Definitely past their closing time. Curiosity takes a hold of you. What's this? A New event thing maybe? Well I'll be! Let's go investigate :2 But as you go in, you're not greeted by Sable's cheerful voice, nor the sound of the sewing machine. In fact, the store seems to be empty save for the clothes and you. This is odd. As you walk in further, thinking you just didn't see far enough into the shop, you notice that the way to the side room at the back of the store is open. Wow. That Is New. This seems like your chance to finally get to see what's in there! How exciting! So of course you go, barge right in and all that. The room is small, dimly lit, and the clothing racks make it a bit of a maze to go through. But you can squeeze yourself between them and make your way through them, ending up at a table with some papers on it. Hmm... It seems that business has been tough for the sisters as of late. They've been forced to try making something new and different. At first they didn't know if the sewing machine could even handle it, but it seems that they were in luck - until their new work was criticized. With nothing else working for them anymore, the sisters were out of options. Unless... Unless they did away with the one who criticized... This is all sounding pretty ominous, but you can't stop reading. Going through the papers you come to one with your name written on it. A New jacket of X. Oh hey! This must be the new pattern they said they'd work on! Aww, how sweet of them. You get curious on how they're making the pattern, must be some sort of magic as they didn't ask for your measurements. On the paper is a picture of you, with all sorts of lines drawn over it. You really don't understand much about the making of clothes, but, supposedly this is how they get the shapes? There's just, one thing that seems really really odd to you... Alarmingly so. The longer you've looked at the loosely attached pictures at the bottom of the paper, the more familiar they seem. These seem like they've been taken today. How would the Able sisters have these? They didn't ask for any pictures... The very last one, that one in specific, it seems... It's been taken at such a strange angle... Like it was taken outside your house, from the window... The show on the TV does look exactly like the weather forecast you saw just a few minutes ago on the screen yourself.. ..... ............ You start making your way out of the room, but the exit is blocked. The rescue services don't work indoors, seems like you're trapped here. Perhaps you've seen more than you asked for. Something you shouldn't have seen. Or something that should have alarmed for you to leave much much sooner. The name of the page, might have another completely different meaning... you don't want to find out.....

OR, another one (the first one was supposed to be very short, but then I kinda wrote it out xD Oops) 'The Letter of Death' The strange letter that Isabelle and Tom Nook received and read could be about the game console's internal battery dying out, or it could be a notice of the island's possible upcoming day of reset. Because... When you reset your island... Something has to have happened to the old one. Your old villagers, for them to not be there anymore. To no longer have them greet you, something must have happened to them. Can Isabelle & Tom Nook rehome everyone? Send them elsewhere? Or could they try stopping the reset if they knew it was coming? Who knows, who knows

Oh!! I had an idea for an Animal Crossing creepypasta back in early high school! (Or, at least, something similar!) I never got to writing it, but I've wanted to for a while. It's about amiibo cards in New Leaf, and how Wisp would take on the form of the villager on the card... sort of possessing them, y'know? And how they would force a villager to "move out" with your permission... Maybe I should get to finally writing it, haha-!

Aw, this reminds me of being like 10 years old, playing Wild World and badly drawing spooky comics based off of it. Animal crossing, especially the older games where you were more isolated from the outside world, just has a creepy vibe to it if you think about it in the right way. I think in my comic, the villager murdered Tortimer with an axe and had to hide it from the animals, but they were growing suspicious. I think the lost and found or the dump from the GC version might have played into it, idk it was a pretty incoherent story lol...much like the AI's stories... Am I an AI??

I think the villagers got isekaied. The place the villagers went to is separate and different than their island. They feel like they’re all okay; they just think their houses and belongings were destroyed. Back on the first island, Tom Nook and Isabelle are back with the empty houses, so they think they are the only ones left alive. I hope that makes sense. My brain isn’t working today.

that would make sense as well since theoretically, when an island is reset all the villagers go somewhere else but isabelle and tom nook (as well as timmy and tommy) have to stay there until someone else "opens" the island again.

I don’t know if these count as creepy pastas but i remember back in 2020 people would make spooky island and then post one picture a day on instagram with a caption that was meant to be a chapter of a story. So every day you could go to their insta and read the next chapter. If they were a good writer it was pretty cool! The plots usually involved the disappearance of one or multiple villagers and them being the out of town detective on the case who felt there was something sinister going on in the island. I also remember one about a island surrounded by such a dangerous sea that they could no longer get any shipments from the mainland so the villagers where desperate for food and implied they resorted to cannibalism.

I've been having some fun with AI creepypastas lately... here are some of my favorites. Warning, they are VERY random and not really all that creepy. "I've always loved Animal Crossing. It's such a relaxing game, and I love the idea of living in a cute little town full of friendly animals. But one day, I experienced something in Animal Crossing that I'll never forget. I was playing my usual routine of collecting bugs, fishing, and talking to the villagers. But then, I noticed something strange. One of the villagers, a squirrel named Peanut, was standing in the middle of the town square, staring at me. She didn't say anything, and she didn't move. Just stared. I thought it was odd, but I didn't think much of it at first. I just assumed she was waiting for someone. But then, I noticed that her eyes were glowing red. I stopped in my tracks. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Peanut's eyes were supposed to be brown, but they were now glowing red. And they were staring right at me. I was scared, but I didn't know what to do. I just stood there, frozen in fear. Peanut continued to stare at me, her eyes never blinking. After a few minutes, I finally snapped out of it. I turned and ran as fast as I could out of the town square. I didn't stop running until I got home. I didn't play Animal Crossing for a few days after that. I was too scared. But eventually, I decided to give it another try. I figured that it was just a glitch, and that it wouldn't happen again. But I was wrong. The next time I played, I saw Peanut again. I tried to leave the conversation, but the villager wouldn't let me. They kept talking to me, and their voice was getting louder and louder. She was also a big fan of Animal Crossing, and she had heard of similar stories before. Idea: Redd flag. Redd has rabies and goes insane. Tom nook? First victim. Timmy and Tommy go looking, and Redd takes care of them too. Isabella finds one of the bodies and a huge boss battle ensues. It's a tie, but then it switches to Isabells perspective as she slowly realizes that she got rabies from redd in the fight and we slowly watch as she loses her mind like Redd did. And I guess then the island teams up to make vaccines, fight Isabell and Redd, and soon... They fight, losing one by one, until, PLOT TWIST! Bob of all people flies a plane from the abandoned dodo airlines, and gets to land, and suddenly, he sees that someone had clinged on to the plane and he didn't know where he was. Somewere in the forest. And you choose the ending!

You should check out AI Dungeon. It writes in short segments, and it is more interactive, so you keep responding to what happens and it helps keep the flow. It's fairly easy to break the AI, and it does sometimes get stuck in loops, but it's still pretty interesting and can be quite hilarious. I think it would give you more control to make AI-generated Animal Crossing stories, creepypasta or otherwise.

This creepypasta seems similar to a dream I had last night. In the dream I was playing animal crossing and during the morning announcement, Isabelle said someone was in my campsite and when I checked, Cookie was there, I immediately set up a plot and invited her to my island. She accepted and the next day, the plot of land was occupied, A few minutes later I noticed Tutu was angry, when I talked to her, she said that Cherry (one of my starter villagers) said that Cookie was annoying and Tutu did not agree. Before I continue, yes days can pass in my dreams. Not sure if it happens to other people but it can definitely happen to me sometimes. Anyway back to the dream I had last night. so then I went to Cherry’s house and cornered her and then spammed the intense reaction. And then left the house without saying anything. Cherry of course did the curiosity reaction before the loading screen started up. I don’t remember what else happened but I’ll update you guys when I remember.
