Like Kaif alludes to in the end of the video, this is likely used as an ad for cheats to sell. There are many cheat development rings like this in China, and you'll notice the Chinese lettering when he pulls up the tools. This means this was most likely an adult (or a teenager potentially, but less likely) who is intentionally getting footage for these rings to advertise their software, probably because they were paid to. They try to pump so many of these out that you can tell they don't pay attention to the editing.

Hacking is extremely hard to prevent because once a anticheat is made you have significantly more people developing ways to get around it. And its not as simple as coding If (cheating == true) ban user don't minimize problems you don't undertsand fully

They probably didnt actually use their own account for that. My valorant account got hacked and when i finally get my account back, it got banned after 1 game (i checked my account stats online and it only went through 1 game). Luckily Riot were kind enough to check through the history and found that there were an unusual login history somewhere in russia ( i'm not russian ) and they unbanned me. That's why they were so cocky and has a really high ego because they know, if they got banned, they could just use another account.

Nah, the game doesn't end if you get banned for slurs. You just get chat banned for X days in which you can't queue comp as well. But the match goes on if you get banned mid match.
