6:13 the timing on the nahida trailer with your commentary made me fuckin wheeze 😂 That one always gets everyone that sees it for the first time lmao. Since you mention wanting a paragraph long comment, without much spoilers: Nahida is a character that definitely made most, if not all, of the fandom really grow to adore her. Her region's lore was intense and her involvement in it just as so. She's also one of the more interesting characters who gets fairly fleshed out within the main story itself. The timing of her trailer releases being lined up with her birthday (and an ingame celebration) further added to the narrative of the somber darkness you noted. While she's just the tip of the iceberg for how intricate characters can get in Genshin, she's definitely one of the characters easier to access for this iceberg as her lore isn't hidden behind optional story quests, side quests, or character stories (although those absolutely add to her entire character and are highly encouraged for all Nahida fans to experience to further understand her).

Here's a fun fact about these characters Nilou played the fairy of the springs in the recent summer event. Nahida can read minds. Layla is a sleep-deprived student. As part of the Sumeru Archon quest, you can choose a name for Wanderer. Faruzun was trapped in a puzzle for 100 years. There once was a time when Yaoyao was thought to be the first dendro character. ( she was locked in Hoyo's basement for like a year) Alhaitham is Kaveh's roommate(well he owns the house that Kaveh is staying in, I couldn't think of something that wasn't a spoiler). Deyha is a mercenary and she loves makeup. (Candace is another character) Mika uses a crossbow, a spear, and a catalyst. Like a year ago, hackers found a way to use Kaveh's skill to delete in-game items(like bosses)(they would join other players' worlds and delete items). Once upon a time, Baizhu was thought to be the first male catalyst. (like Yaoyao he was trapped in Hoyo's basement for a long time) Kirara is a nekomata (a yokai) and she was a cat before she got a human form. Lyney (and his twin Lynette) were first seen in the Teyvat trailer, they're the first set of playable twins. Lynette pretends to be a robot to avoid social interaction. Freminet is the younger brother of Lyney and Lynette( they're not blood-related). Neuvillette is one of the strongest playable characters both lore-wise and damage-wise. Wriothesley is in charge of the Fortress of Meropide (an underwater jail in Fontaine). Charlotte was first introduced in the patch before Fontaine was released. Furina is the only character that doesn't have a charged attack. (that's all I can say without spoiling the Fontaine Archon quest). Navia is a great baker and has made macarons for traveler and Paimon before. Chevreuse is originally from the undercity of Fontaine(which isn't as nice) During Gaming's ideal animation, he can either glow shades of red, orange, and yellow or shades of green, blue, and purple. Xianyun (Cloud Retainer) trained Ganyu and raised Shenhe, and has told tales of them as kids like a proud mother. Chiori designed Kirara's, Lyney's, Lynette's, and Navia's outfits. Arlecchino has ties to the Blood Moon Dystany of Khanreiah(I properly misspelled that but the fallen nation) and runs an orphanage. Sethos had God residue inside of him but he gave it to Cyno. Clorinde and Navia play tabletop games (that use 20-sided dice) Sigewinne is the only Melusine that has a human appearance(she did that to herself so she could treat her friend). Emilie has two jobs: a perfume maker and a forensic cleaner(the person who cleans up crime scenes). Kachina likes shiny rocks and is a hero of Natlan. Mualani sometimes works at her family's shop(the pufferfish is a life vest that is sold there) she's never been resurrected. The next characters that are coming out are Kinch, Xilonen, Chitlali, Mavuika, Chasca, Iansan, Ororon, and Capitano

Heres your paragraph essay. Nahida is basically leaf and the god of dendro that apparently has clones of itself which are both like 500 and 4000 years old who also has control over the world tree and can alter the time and memory of everyone and everything in teyvat except for apparently the travele(MC) bc hes not from that world so the trees effects do not apply to him. Theres much lore connecting to her and such has scaramouche/wanderer you saw in one of those trailers he is the child of the electro archon booba shogun who went on a whole ass villain arc bc his mom didnt want him, he went on achieving a gnosis(the symbol of power of a certain god allowing them to possess absolute authority over one element) then making a giant mech god thingy and being taken down by the traveler and then goes on to erase himself from existence using the previously mentioned world tree but failed and gained his memories back when you the traveler finds his new clone because you cannot completely erase a person from existence only the memories of them and other peoples memory of said person which is also the reason Nahida(the dendro archon/leaf i mentioned) was not successful in erasing herself and ended up just creating a smaller version of herself which then watched the original one die in her arms.

For nahida, basically she’s a god but the people she rules over think the previous god was better so they see her as not being worthy of being their god so they sealed her away and the main quest of that region is freeing her from that prison, and basically she’s trapped in a never ending loop of the same day, and then there’s a whole thing with forbidden knowledge which basically corrupts the minds of those who come into contact with it, and the previous got sacrificed herself to get rid of it, and that’s also why nahida looks so small, because she’s a re-creation of the old god, and the old god became small after stopping the forbidden knowledge

All I gotta say is, Wanderer>>>> (His story is so complex and deep, with so many layers and so many emotions. He is so human despite not seeing himself as so. I mean you can’t really compare him to someone like furina or kazuha, who are top tier supports, since he is a damage dealer. In terms of damage dealers he is the strongest by A LOT, he just does too much damage, easy to use, self heals and has insane aoe, and as an hp scaler he honestly doesn’t even need teammates - most of his teams outside of BiS ones with furina are literally just “random bullsh*t go”. I would say supports are more versatile and people should always pull for them over DPSes, but Neuvilette is just SO strong that he is the only damage dealer who is on the same level of value as meta supports.

i think archons in their primes would destroy neuvilette, and there are mysterious characters in lore we're unsure about in terms of strength such as dainsleif, the sustainer (unknown god), skirk, etc. but yes he definitely is the strongest dps we have and in lore insanely strong and able to judge archons

Now with the Hydro Throne destroyed and the complete authority returned to Neuvillette, he is leagues above the Archons. Remember his goal is to judge the Primordial One.

She's had access to information and resources that could be used to design and build a new body to inhabit entirely from scratch. (This is provably not limited to organic bodies and custom spiritual or elemental life forms may be on the table as well.) She definitely still has all the knowledge, and the very fact the world isn't falling apart is decent evidence the power is still under her control if maybe harder to free up for a bit. Should she ever want to be a physical adult she will be, and should she ever then not want to be one she'll cease to. So for trailer and in-game appearances she IS a child, just one who's honestly far less innocent than any of us.

i dont think you will enjoy genshin because the story does contain a lot of yap but the exploration is solid and character building grind could be fun and ofcourse the demos, me personally I love it there's so much lore to discover which I love but the main quest dialogue specially in inazuma and sumeru and certain parts of fontaine will be a snooze fest for sure I also recommend checking out sparkle demo and jane doe demo I think you will like them
