Hey Deebee, I'm so glad you are back with Genshin! I joined you on all of your Zelda journey from BoTW till Skyward Sword (couldn't follow ToTK because frankly, I didn't like the game) and had a blast, so it'd be amazing if you could play Genshin just like you did with Zelda, enjoying the music, the characters, landscape, story, cutscenes, please don't ever feel like you need to wish for every character because even though it brings views, it won't bring you enjoyment at all. Play the game with no pressure, Genshin can be overwhelming, yes, but don't rush it because it's still a veery casual game and is still popular because of that. I hope you come back strong and enjoy this beautiful game which has surpassed my expectations as a Zelda fan. Also don't engage with the other big Genshin / Hoyoverse creators, please.

Of the witches trailer It's basically a little snippet of them and of their personality. Alice, Klee's mom, is part of the circle of Witches. Gold/Rhinedottir, Albedo's mom, is also a part of the Hexenzirkel and she's the creator/mom of a lot of other creatures; like Durin, the dead dragon in Dragonspine the heart of the cave is his hearth; Dorian, Fake Albedo that was seen in one of the events and was living inside of Durin because he was a failed experiment; riftwolves, the lookalike dog that we encounter as enemy in some islands of Inazuma. The lore of Rhinedottir is very extense and explains o lot of things involving Albedo, as for the other witches... We only know Alice for Klee and Albedo mentions, as well of some of the Knights of Favonius mentions. Alice also made the guide that we have. None of the witches have been seen in the game or in any media, untill the time Im writing this comment, and only some of their voices have been heard in the game. For what we know of the images of the trailer, there's at least 8 members of the Hexenzirkel Almost forgot that Mona's teacher, Barbeloth, is also part of thhe Hexenzirkel.

I’m not sure if you ever streamed Red Dead Redemption 2, but even if you are not into American westerns, the story and gameplay in that game are absolutely fantastic. One of the best storylines I’ve ever experienced in a video game.

To answer your questions about Dehya she is actually a standard 5 star character which means she doesnt show up on the limited time banners. The only way to get her is either by chance on the standard banner or by chance if you lose the 50/50 on the limited 5 star banners. And the only way to get her weapon is through the new wishing system that they just made available in the newest update from a few days ago. That new wishing system will be gone in less than a month so her weapon wont be available again until they bring back that new wish banner.

Its okay. Meta slave betas dont want Dehya anyway because they like numbers more than style and badassery. Me meanwhile doing 15 to 30 k per hit on her ult along with the flame wall and switching to other characters then doing the JoJo attack rush all over again in less than a minute. Yes i could get the same result out of hutaos regular skill without ult wasting. But then again literally every fontaine character makes most characters look like a joke as well.

She had a rough start because she objectively has a bad kit at c0. Correct me if I'm wrong, but IIRC DPS calculations ranked her lower than Xinyan at her release. She wasn't really overhyped per se. Everybody loved her and deservingly so. Her design, personality, everything, but Hoyo did her dirty. Fortunately, with the introuction of Furina she seems to be a bit better now I think.

FYI, Dehya is a standard character, meaning she can make you lose the 5050. My favorite of these is definitely Nahida’s, she’s so cute and adorable. The queen herself will not be on re-run on limited banner. But you can get her in 1 out of 6 chance after losing the wish in Limited and Standard banner. Dehya weapon are available at the moment, around 15 days left. [Cronicled banner] and in this banner she may be re-run within 80 days, my guess. though she is not a very strong unit I can guarantee that she is fun to play and beginner friendly.

Hey Deebee, I know it can be overwhelming with so many stories, and characters. A majority of the stories you see here are not part of the main quest, but instead consist of side character story quests and events. Think of it like Teyvat is the world and every character has their own story. These character quests are actually optional and you can do them at any time (unlocked once you have completed parts of the main quest) as a way to learn more about them. The events, which makes up half of the version trailers, are limited time quests so you won't have to do them.

thing is, hes excited about playing the game again, but he seems to have forgotten WHY he stopped playing, hes going to go back into where he left the game off, get confused, get angry why he cant beat anything, and be irritated that the characters he paid money for and enjoys using arent great to use without getting a fair decent way into inazuma, and will NEED to use some more "Basic" characters until he gets there.

@@UryuCifer That's good and all but there are some things that need a bit of research like how reactions work or unwritten things like why is my burst taking so long to charge? Why can't I harvest dandelions? Many people give up cuz they don't realize cuz they brute force beating enemies and sadly since reactions, team combos are the bread and butter of genshin it would be hard to just ignore all the mechanics.

And the tutorials also explain energy and bursts

Once you play through the story, you'll love Dehya even more, if you can believe that. She truly is just a perfect character. Her Story Quest is also one of the best in the game. Just don't listen to all the weirdos who have to try to turn Genshin into a competition, who will all be trying to tell you she's the worst character gameplay-wise. She could use a couple improvements and isn't the best but she's far from the worst and this game is designed to be able to complete everything in the game with any character at all.

Good news and bad news for you, Dee! Dehya is a standard banner character, which means that you can get her on any banner, but it might be significantly harder to intentionally get her. I do hope you get her, though, she's a wonderfully designed character!

i could guess why part 3 is privated. it is interesting if you are already watching it when it get privated, it doesn't kick you out of the video and i was able to watch the video without realising, until i notice there is no comment section. rather interesting "bug" of youtube... anyway, if you are playing genshin again, i just hope the expectation to swim doesn't ruin your game experience and make you rush to the underwater area. just play at your own reasonable pace, don't over concern yourself with the banner and viewer demand, building character is expensive time investment for a returning player, so pace yourself based on the resource you have.

I'm glad you're back to genshin, the story has evolved so much in quality. Take it at your own rhythm, the fomo is driven by the limited banners and events, but the main story is there to enjoy at your own pace. Everyone loved Dehya in the story, she's an excellent character, but hoyo did her very dirty in terms of gameplay - which is fine if you love her, play her, all characters are feasible in this game. Unfortunately there's no way to pull for her. She's standard banner, so you can't guarantee her, just hope you might randomly get her on a lost 50/50 or on a standard banner pull. Hoyo is now doing new banners to guarantee standard banner characters and less popular limited ones. We just got the first one of these for Mondstadt characters, so hopefuly she'll appear on a Sumeru banner in the future and you'll be able to pull her from there!

some people might tell you that dehya is bad.. and technically speaking she is, but that doesn't really matter for casual content. if you're just playing the game, you could use the worst character and still come out on top without too much trouble (well except hydro main character). it's only the small amount of endgame content where it really matters which characters are good or not. dehya might have some trouble in endgame stuff, but she clears everything else just fine. so, pull for the characters you like. their strength won't be too important for you since you probably won't do endgame stuff, so don't feel dissuaded if people tell you not to get her. but, on the bright side, her constellations (when you get a character multiple times) are really strong. she is a standard character so you normally can't specifically pull for her, but they recently added a type of banner where you can pull for specific standard characters, so you'll be able to get her then.
