The dance M3gan did in that m**der scene was stuck in my head for weeks after seeing the movie. This is the first ever horror movie I actually watched that I can think of like actually watching it fully no skipping part or anything. I get scared way too easily so I don’t care for horror films. But when I saw the trailer for this movie I was like “okay yeah no I’m definitely gonna be seeing this.” I didn’t think there was going to be as many m**der scenes as there was. Also love that Megan was played by two different people and that the KZbinr/singer Jenna Davis did her voice. Amie Donald played Megan whenever they weren’t using the puppets of Megan. I’m excited that they’re going to make another one! Also apparently Megan was originally not gonna sing but Jenna and the writers or director or whoever it was talked about adding it in for her personality or something. Don’t remember the exact words she said in her vid but it was something along those lines.

The main problem you had was with the trailer, not the movie itself. Part of the campy fun of this is it being fairly predictable, but with twists. It calls back to a score of other movies (Robby the Robot was a good guy, though) and that too is the fun of recognition. They know the pacing and the timing we expect. As a plus, we get a call to parents to get their kids away from the screen! I am looking forward to M3GAN.20 in Jan 25. Hope it is not silly.

Its okay as a movie , but real life hell no , AI not my thing knowing people making them smarter , not cool , remember these other AI movies terminator , exmachanica ,matrix sequel's , and AI and more , the point , they show AI taking over , but that's movies , but it could be real in time.

Yeah, I thought this movie was legitimately awful! lol And the very first scene, that weird conversation between the girl's parents, set the dubious tone, imo. The whole movie was like this for me. I kept saying that no human being talks like the characters in this movie. The acting was bad across the board. The main 2 actresses playing the aunt and niece are usually good in other stuff, but really bad in this movie. And that toy company boss character is some of the worst acting I've ever seen in a horror movie which says a lot as horror movies tend to have questionable acting to begin with. The dance scene from the trailer made zero sense within the context of the film. It was just there to be there. The popularity of this movie is very confusing.
