Fun fact: Lara Jean's lockscreen after Margot reports thr video, is actually a real picture of the actors sleeping between shootings. They decided to use it because it look like something Peter and LJ would do.

honestly, the one realistic thing that these movies get right about the high school experience is the anxiety of where to sit for lunch. Like unless you are CERTAIN that you have a friend in there, finding a place to sit made me so nervous😭 thankfully i got lucky during my sophomore year since literally my ENTIRE close friend group was in the same lunch period as me, but freshman year, i was a mess. I usually ended up sitting on the stair case eating lunch😭

Yeah my second semester this year I sat alone in my teacher’s classroom 😭 I was just glad he let me stay even though he left the room and I was unsupervised. I would eat without anxiety and then do homework or go on my phone

as someone who hated on these kinds of Netflix movies before, this is the first one that actually intrigued me. Its not perfect, but some people hate on these movies too much. but it is definitely a good watch if youre into this kind of movie. also, i love the first movie so much🤭

I read all three books when i was thirteen and from what i remember the movies are amazing enough adaptations that they're basically the same as the books. The books just have some more scenes and individual character moments which are fun to know and add to the overall story

The books are really good! It is really worth your while. I read the first book first before the movie was even mentioned, and then later on down the line, I saw that they were making a movie about it? I got so excited and I couldn't wait to watch it! Kind of sad part is, that I didn't even get to finish reading the book tho. This was back in Middle School/High school for me. It was good, but since I didn't get to finish the book, I only remembered the part where the older sister broke up with Josh, and then after that everything else was a blur, but i really want to finish the books tho
