I watched the entire thing, and got NOTHING FROM IT. There was no plot. All it was was Gabi saying Niki talks down to her, and Niki whining about being stuck in PA when she's a big girl and could easily move to LA. Niki also misinterprets everything people say to her, like Nate saying he'd have that talk if she wants to move to LA, she took it as a "yes love, I'll do whatever you want." I feel like there was so much more they filmed, but I got NOTHING. Whoever approved the way this was edited, I just want to talk.

Niki’s problem is that she doesn’t wanna take accountability for anything. She blames everything on other people or “being a taurus” (im not judging those who believe in astrology but I feel the way she uses it is toxic). Life is hard. For everybody. We’re all out here trying to do the best we can and that’s all we can do. Niki’s got connections, resources, money, a relationship, all this stuff at her disposal but she doesn’t wanna use it. @@mandapanties He’s created/produced American Horror Story, American Crime Story, Glee, Feud, Nip/Tuck, The New Normal, and other series. The ones I listed are just the ones I’ve seen in whole or at least one season of. Since he’s a fan of shock value and over-the-top everything, I’m sure older stuff like Nip/Tuck has aged like milk. Glee too, but I have such a soft spot for that show! I know it’s full of problematic characters/dialogue/stories, but, like, I can’t write it off entirely?! American Horror Story’s quality varies wildly season to season; but the nice thing about it is if you get bored of a particular season, you can just skip to a different one because each season is its own story with different characters.

so, i have so many thoughts. i didn't watch this show because i've hopped off of the Niki and Gabi bandwagon -The cast on the Niki and Gabi A-TV ws a problem. Rachel should've been pulled after the first season. This makes me feel bad to say this cuz it's one of their friends, but the show portrayed her as toxic and thus made me (and I know I'm not alone) really dislike her. The Kenny/Dennis drama was painful to watch and unnecessary -I didn't hate the Blood Queens plot, but I didn't love it -I believe the playboy shoot was for halloween (i may be wrong tho) -I used to be a fan, honestly up until Gabi's scandal. I could tell they were getting tired of the joint channel -YES! hearing you mention how much Niki wants to go to LA again was shocking because she made so many videos talking about her she feels she belongs in PA *not related, but you're married already?????? how did i miss that?????* -so, this show was filmed last year, Niki got on a plane to LA. But on her channel in early 2021, she redid her whole apartment....in PA.....so either she was gonna move to LA but wanted to wait until this show was out and spent what I assume is a crap ton of money on an apartment she wasn't gonna be in much longer, orrrrrr she gave up on LA again. Or we're missing a piece of a puzzle which could be the case as well.

I would like to see her do a deep dive /evolution of somebody like Rosanna Pansino. I think it would interesting to do an analysis of a youtuber who’s been on KZbin for decades and has (hopefully, fingers crossed 🤞) been pretty much scandal free. honestly i feel like they should just let the niki and gabi channel die at this point - you can tell that they have lost the passion for it, even after their break i feel like it will never be like at the peak of their channel, and they have found new passions in their separate channels/business endeavors i guess you could say i am/was a big fan of their joint channel and yeah hearing them talk so much about how much they like hate each other/the channel, it like ruins it for me 😂 i guess we all knew this already because they are very honest about their relationship. it just seems like they don’t want to leave it because it is so successful/good source of income (like of course that would be difficult to let go, who wouldn’t want to keep that going) and they don’t know how to leave it

Agreed! I think it’s actually SUPER important for Shannon’s previous supporters and friends to call her out and distance themselves. I get it might be rough for Smokey or Ready to Glare, but if they just stay silent, they are contributing to an online environment that doesn’t hold creators accountable. I really hope it gets addressed soon. I have so much respect for Hannah, but the longer she just doesn’t address it at all, the worse it looks.

I watched Niki and gabi for a hot minute a long while back, and I always assumed that Niki got more promo for her projects than gabi was because Niki did all the editing so she was able to go “eh, while I’m here, might as well slot in a quick ad for my latest single” while gabi didn’t have that opportunity.

I had a few feelings about this show. For starters I wouldn’t consider Blood Queens a parody of Scream Queens, I feel like it’s a straight rip off so I highly doubt a company such as Netflix would want that, I feel like there’s some embellishment happening from Gabi. Niki and Nates arguments about LA is straight out of Niki and Gabi Summer Break. She wants to move. He wants to stay. It’s the EXACT same fight. Niki has done LA before and it didn’t work out 🤷🏻‍♀️ there’s only so many new things that can be brought to light after 5 seasons of their AwesomenessTV show so this show is mix and match of drama/themes from that with an engagement and the news of all of them hooking up with Rachel thrown in.
