João Pedro People do still use it. Not in duel though. It isnt bought by everyone because there are better items in terms of passive abilities and other stats. Rod of Tahuti gives no cooldown or any other stat. It’s just raw power, so it is only good on certain gods. In duel, (and every other game mode) it’s all about counterbuilding your opponent and enchancing your god’s kit. Rod doesn’t really do any of those things because it only gives you power and there are other items that give close to the same power like soul reaver, spear of desolation, etc. and have better utility in terms of stats and passive
