I know you avoid politics, but I suspect that the madness of NATO will be a big win for Russia. Their own production will establish markets that the west has left open. Ignore the why but the reality is that the west will never get back in if the Russian manufacturers move quickly. Super that we get to see this stuff... I really need to visit Russia if I can. It seems interesting, diverse and not so alien as it is painted in the west. Cheers Alex.,

In Smolenck they're giving millions of rubles to farmers so that they can upgrade their farms and be more productive. More cows, chickens, pigs, goats, fruit and vegetables. The farmers don't just get the money given to them. They have to have a viable plan and prove they know what they're doing. Hopefully it will work.

Я ел намного больше, чем снимал. У них также был шведский стол на втором уровне. Действительно слишком много еды. Но речь шла о фермерах и о возможности продвигать их бренды среди сетей супермаркетов и покупателей.

You were like a little kid in a sweet shop there, Russell! I've had deer. I cooked it myself. Deer meat is more commonly known as VENISON, here in the UK. I'm not sure how it is called in Russia or Australia, for that matter. What made you want to go to Russia, and then to live there? We have all kinfs of cheeses here in the UK. More commonly with fruit in them like Wensleydale and Cranberry, Wensleydale with Apricot, theres eve a cheese with Christmas cake in it. Then there are Cheddar and Chives, and the lovely strong blue-veined cheeses like Stilton, the King of Cheese. You typically drink Port with Stilton. Wine and cheese events are always popular. 😊😊

@@TravellingwithRussell I should start exporting snails from my Irish garden, Irish snails class A. Even Moscow province produces so much stuff, like Tula buiskit of differrent shapes and sizes with honey and differrent jams. The city I am from Zarajsk in Moscow province, tiny city made so many things, red bricks for building, prjaniki with beetroot, clothes, shoes, korovka candy fudgy type of candy, bread, milk, all sorts of sausages and what not after the things change during the years. The city next to it closer to Moskow Rjazan made airplanes, grew cucumbers or gerkings and probably more stuff. And farmer villiages around these cities grow a lot of cattle and milk and stuff at least back then, Apples of differrent varieties and tastes.
