For anyone that doesn't know curried chicken is Jamaican curry powder I use beta pack of amazon and other seasonings rubbed in the chicken left over night then shallow fried with more curry powder burnt in the oil first in a Dutch pot then add fresh seasonings spring onion garlic ginger pimento bell pepper lid on add water boil down till curry thickens add carrot and potatoe chopped add whole scotch bonnet and simmer till veg soft 🔥done
