What you were filming in your way from Damascus to Maaloula , was my town which is just 5 km away from Damascus It's completely destroyed And the girl in the video is singing syriac (aramaic) The old language of syrians

It's church hymns in Aramaic Which is the language were spoken by Jesus and this religious city is the only one on the plant that still speak Aramaic until today

@@alia6532 No there are still more cities that speak aramaic which are Saidnaya , Bakhah , Jabadeen & still more And NOT all populations of these villages are christian ,,,,, the last two villages are muslim

@@alia6532 I am Jewish, Jews still study Talmudic law (exegesis on the Bible) in Aramaic, but none of us speak it as an actual language. Also Judeo Aramaic is a bit different, it's a mix of Aramaic and Hebrew, and also uses Hebrew alphabet. Very cool though.

Thank you so much for taking this trip and showing us what's there. It's one thing to have read about that war in the news, to know of the intransigence of The West and specifically America's role in creating that situation. Europe's desire for natural gas from a place other than Russia is what created that war. It's an entirely different thing to see it. I think there is a value in "travel vloggers" like yourself taking on more serious subjects. I see in you a person who is trying to process and digest what you saw during this trip.

The krak is one of the greatest marvels of medieval engineering, the shape of the castle was designed so it could widstand the fairly frequent earthquakes from the area, the towers integrate to the walls in the part where it opens as a tripod, and if you take a close look at it you can see how the stones had been actually carved in an angle to follow the shape of the walls.

Ghaith Almostapha Aleppo was the biggest city in Syria (population) however due to the war the population declined in Aleppo and all of Syria, thankfully since 2016 the population in Aleppo and Syria has been rising since it’s become much safe since the Syrian army and its allies have liberated most of syria from western backed terrorists, now thankfully the war is coming to an end and the last remaining terrorist area is Idlib. Hopefully in a few years this will all be over and Syria will be safe and we can fully rebuild. 🇸🇾

The place you visited where the church and the destroyed hotel called "Maalolla" it was freed up from ISIS by the lebanese militia Hezbollah and the nuns where freed also by a negotiation between Lebanese General Security and ISIS.

Russia said it firmly that Iran, the political regime of Syria, Hezbollah and all mercenaries they brought to Syria were about to collapse and get defeated for good in just three days. So Russia is the one who saved the political regime of Syria and, at the same time, saved Lebanon and Jordan because these two silly countries were unable to protect themselves if Jihadists were able to control all Syria and start to expand. Only Israel was able to protect its borders.

There are three major facts: 1- The political regime of Syria, Hezbollah, Iran and its mercenaries (a sum of 500,000 soldiers and mercenaries) were defeated by around 80,000 Jihadists..which means they were very weak 2- Russia is the one who currently controls Syria 3- No future for Iran, the political regime of Syria and Hezbollah since they were defeated easily by fighters who had very light weapons with a very slim financing compared to the political regime of Syria and its allies (Air force, missiles, modern tanks, other military equipment, huge provisions and a hug amount of money) according to the above mentioned facts, If 5000 Jihadists attack Hezbollah in Lebanon they will destroy it completely
