First off that Sarah theme remix, I forgot about that. I need to add it to my gym playlist. That event did look pretty dope for the size. How is the gaming/anime scene in the Philippines? Are nerdy stuff like figures highly accessible like it is in Japan? Man, I can't wait to visit the Philippines. I'm looking to move out there, and it's good to know that they have conventions.

I’m glad somebody appreciates that ost. You got good taste brother 👌🏾 Lots of Filipinos enjoy anime for sure and I found a bunch of anime events going on in this country online. I haven’t met too many actual Filipino gamers like us in the U.S and Japan though. I only met one other friend out here who had the luxury of getting into the souls/souls-like games like me. But most Filipinos play that free app called Mobile legends. But sadly, I haven’t met any other console gamers out here so far. You can find legit games and consoles in the bigger malls out here. There’s a few toy stores like toys r us and a few tech/gaming stores to find legit stuff. Regarding figures tho, 90% are bootleg with the 10% being real. I just order my DBZ one’s from Japan on the Filipino amazon called Shopee.

@CoMi000 Thank you for the insight. It's good to know that I can still get physical games out there. On the plus side, if you want the real figures, Japan is only a 4 to 5 hour flight away. Step one is to move to the Philippines, step two, find a Filipina cosplaying as Tifa, and step three live happily. Praise the sun 🫡🇵🇭

I'll have to set Otakufest for 2025. Maybe I can meet my future wife there, cool stuff thank you for sharing my friends. #anime
